Avatar OE 2022 Update 93  Jul 5, 2023  •  2023.02.01
The following issues are resolved: 1) The 'Order Code Load/Update Utility via Micromedex Red Book Database' process does not properly keep several 'Order Code' attributes synchronized across Root System Codes when Avatar OE 'Order Codes' are enrolled in 'Autosync'. 2) When running the 'Order Code Load/Update Utility via Micromedex Red Book Database' process, the error "[UNDEFINED] CreateCKOServerDataViewDataPush+22^OrderEntryOrderCodeLoadMMX *brandGeneric" might occur.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 89  Jun 26, 2023  •  2023.02.00
In the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section), an issue is resolved where the 'External Lab Vendor Destination' field contains vendors that should be excluded based on 'Unit' filtering, or might not contain vendors that should be included based on 'Program' filtering.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 95  Feb 6, 2023  •  2023.00.01
In the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section), an issue is resolved where 'Continue' orders in the Scratchpad might be missing certain fields in the 'OrderEntry.med_rec_dis_scr_pad' table, including the 'med_name' and 'med_full_description' fields, after editing a pending Reconciliation. This results in the medication names being missing for those medications on the Discharge Med Reconciliation report. Note that this issue occurs only in myAvatar NX.
NX Order Entry Console
Avatar OE 2022 Update 98  Jan 26, 2023  •  2023.00.00
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section) where an order's 'Dose' and 'Dose Unit' might not convert correctly when the order is added to the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' from the list of 'Inpatient Medications'.
NX Order Entry Console
Avatar OE 2022 Update 87  Jan 26, 2023  •  2023.00.00
The order filing process is modified to better handle occasional situations that could result in order-related information being filed incompletely, or not being conveyed to other applications (Avatar eMAR, or ancillary systems such as pharmacy or lab). With these changes, if all filing steps cannot be completed successfully, then the order(s) will not be filed at all, the user will be informed of the failure, and will be able to try again. However, note that issues encountered specifically while attempting to automatically send printed 'Order Entry Notifications' to designated printers will not prevent the filing of the orders. Note that these changes to the order filing process apply when filing orders via either the 'Client Profile / Physicians Orders' form or via the Order Entry Console (whenever orders are being filed into the Avatar CWS database).

Avatar OE 2022 Update 96  Jan 16, 2023  •  2023.00.00
Avatar OE is enhanced to support the HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) data standard, relating to ONC (Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology) certification. Note: Avatar CareFabric 2022 Update 103 must also be installed to support this functionality.
NX Order Entry Console
Avatar OE 2022 Update 99  Jan 10, 2023  •  2023.00.00
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (all sections, when 'Dispense Qty' is available) where the 'Dispense Qty' is not calculated correctly when the order uses a 'Frequency Code' that is defined as an 'Interval Frequency'.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 77  Jan 5, 2023  •  2023.00.00
The fields 'Microbiology' and 'eMAR Alerts' are added to the 'Order Code Setup' form. The 'Microbiology' field allows lab-type 'Order Codes' to be flagged as being microbiology. The 'eMAR Alerts' field allows 'Order Codes' to be configured to display custom "alerts" at the top of the Avatar eMAR 'Order Description' box for each order that uses that 'Order Code'. Note: Avatar eMAR 2022 Update 35 provides support for displaying 'eMAR Alerts'.
NX Order Entry Console
Avatar OE 2022 Update 97  Dec 19, 2022  •  2022.04.00
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) where, if a Modify is performed on an order that has already been DC'd but has a future 'DC Effective Date/Time', the new order that is created via the Modify is created with the original order's 'DC Effective Date/Time' stored. In the Order Entry Console, this can cause that order to show that 'DC Effective Date' in the order's 'Stop Date' column while continuing to show that order's 'Status' as "Active" if the order's actual 'Stop Date' is still in the future (even when that 'DC Effective Date' that is displayed in the 'Stop Date' column has already passed). In Avatar eMAR, this issue could cause that order to be considered to be DC'd once that 'DC Effective Date/Time' is in the past. Note that this issue occurs only in myAvatar NX.
NX Order Entry Console
Avatar OE 2022 Update 92  Dec 8, 2022  •  2022.03.02
An issue is resolved where some reports and widgets could produce an error stating that "The table 'history_client_order' could not be found." This Update also resolves an issue in Avatar eMAR where the error "[UNDEFINED]GetOralDietOrderDesc+16^eMARAPIGetClientData *results" might occur.
NX Order Entry Console
Avatar OE 2022 Update 76  Dec 7, 2022  •  2022.04.00
The following issues are resolved: 1) Brand name 'Allergen Codes' might no longer be recognized for clinical screening purposes when Micromedex CKO Server data is updated. 2) Active inpatient medication orders might not be displayed in the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section) when "Netsmart Cloud-hosted Micromedex Data" is enabled.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 90  Nov 18, 2022  •  2022.03.02
In the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section), an issue is resolved where the 'Order Group' dialog is not sensitive to the 'Default to Give Initial Dose Now' field on the 'Frequency Code Setup' form. Note that a myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed to make use of the 'Default to Give Initial Dose Now' functionality.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 91  Nov 15, 2022  •  2022.03.02
In the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section), an issue is resolved where 'Continue' orders in the Scratchpad might be missing certain fields in the 'OrderEntry.med_rec_dis_scr_pad' table, including the 'med_name' and 'med_full_description' fields. This results in the medication names being missing for those medications on the Discharge Med Reconciliation report. Note that this issue occurs only in myAvatar NX. Also note that a myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed in order to resolve this issue.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 84  Nov 9, 2022  •  2022.03.02
In the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section), the values for the 'Last Dose' and 'Next Due' columns on the Discharge Med Reconciliation report are now re-checked and updated each time the report is requested, thereby accounting for additional doses that might be administered after the medication reconciliation is saved. In addition, the calculation of the 'Next Due' value now takes into account the possibility that the 'Frequency' on the order in the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' can be changed after it is added to the Scratchpad from an existing order in the list of 'Inpatient Medications'. When that occurs, the newly-selected 'Frequency' for the order in the Scratchpad will be used to determine what the 'Next Due' date/time is.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 79  Nov 1, 2022  •  2022.03.02
The 'Create Additional One-Time-Only Order(s) for 'Give Now' Orders' registry setting is added and will allow the application to create one and possibly two separate one-time-only orders, triggered by the use of the 'Give Initial Dose Now' button in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section). Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed to enable this functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 88  Oct 28, 2022  •  2022.03.02
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section) where order matching between the 'Inpatient Medications' list and the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' may display incorrectly when viewing a previously-saved Medication Reconciliation. Note: This order matching functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 86  Oct 28, 2022  •  2022.03.02

Avatar OE 2022 Update 50  Oct 28, 2022  •  2022.03.01
In the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section), an issue is resolved where the 'Order Options' dialog might show a dictionary code in the 'Admin Method' field, rather than showing the description of that 'Admin Method' dictionary code. Note: The 'Order Options' dialog is presented after searching for a 'New Order' when the registry setting 'Enable Non-Product-Based Ordering in Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode)' is set to "Y". Also note that "Non-Product-Based Ordering" functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 85  Oct 27, 2022  •  2022.03.01

Avatar OE 2022 Update 82  Oct 14, 2022  •  2022.03.01
The following enhancements are introduced: 1) The 'Default to Give Initial Dose Now' field is added to the 'Frequency Code Setup' form. 2) The ''First Dose' adjustment allowed when 'Give Initial Dose Now'' registry setting is added and allows the facility to define a number of minutes by which the 'First Dose' field in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) can be adjusted from the default before 'Give Initial Dose Now' is automatically deselected. Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed in order for this functionality to be available in the Order Entry Console.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 80  Oct 13, 2022  •  2022.03.01
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section) where 'Frequency' may not be carried over when adding an order to the Scratchpad from the 'Inpatient Medications' list.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 56  Oct 6, 2022  •  2022.03.01
In the 'Order Entry Forms Printing' form, an issue is resolved where long processing times are experienced when printing forms that are defined to use the 'OrderEntry_Forms_Administration_Rec_Alt1.rpt', 'OrderEntry_Forms_Administration_Rec_1_Day_Alt1.rpt', or 'OrderEntry_Forms_Administration_Rec_7_Day_Alt1.rpt' Crystal Reports. This issue might occur if certain recent Microsoft Windows updates are installed.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 65  Sep 23, 2022  •  2022.03.00
The registry setting 'Copy SSI Instr. into 'Directions' in OE Console (OTE in external pharmacy mode)' is added. If this registry setting is set to "Y", then the Sliding Scale Insulin instructions formatted text will be copied into the 'Directions' field when creating a new order in "external pharmacy mode" in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section). These SSI instructions will utilize the newly-added 'Period X Short Column Name' fields from the 'Sliding Scale Insulin Template Setup' form (when populated), in preference to the 'Period X Column Name' fields from that form. Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed to make use of this functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 72  Sep 22, 2022  •  2022.03.00
Avatar OE is enhanced to support 'Follow-Up Reminders' for an 'Administration Event' within Avatar eMAR being generated based upon an order's 'Reason Code'. This is achieved via three new extended attributes off of the 'Reason Code Setup' dictionary (Order Entry Tabled Files, data element 504): 'Generate eMAR Follow-Up Reminders', 'Time Interval For eMAR Follow-Up Reminder (Minutes)', and 'eMAR Follow-Up Reminder Heading'. Note: Avatar eMAR 2022 Update 16 must also be installed in order to make use of this functionality.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 26  Sep 22, 2022  •  2022.03.00
In the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode and Admission Med Reconciliation sections), when the registry setting 'Enable Non-Product-Based Ordering in Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode)' is enabled, the 'New Order' search is enhanced to include 'Order Codes' in the search results if the actual 'Order Code' itself matches the specified search text. Note: When Non-Product-Based Ordering is enabled, including 'Order Codes' in the search results based on a match on the 'Order Code' itself is supported for non-pharmacy-type 'Order Codes', only.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 47  Sep 20, 2022  •  2022.03.00
The following enhancements are introduced: 1) The registry setting 'Prevent Admission Med Reconciliation if med history not completed on Home Meds' is added. If this setting is set to "Y", then a new checkbox prompt called 'Medication history reviewed and completed for Episode ###' will be available in the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), and Admission Med Reconciliation will be prevented unless that new checkbox prompt is checked. 2) In the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), a new button called 'Notify Attending Practitioner' is added when the registry setting 'Prevent Admission Med Reconciliation if med history not completed on Home Meds' is set to "Y". This button launches a dialog that allows the user to send a notification to the client's 'Attending Practitioner' (or another practitioner) to inform that practitioner that the Home Medications section is complete and ready for Admission Med Reconciliation. Note: Avatar RADplus 2022 update 79 is required for full functionality. Also note that a myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed to make use of these enhancements. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 68  Sep 20, 2022  •  2022.03.00
Avatar OE is enhanced so that when clinical screening is performed via Micromedex CKO Server for a client who has either "No Known Allergies" or "No Known Drug Allergies" recorded as an allergy, the warning "Currently this patient has reported no known allergies. No allergy screens were conducted" (which must be overridden) is no longer presented for every pharmacy-type order.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 12  Sep 14, 2022  •  2022.03.00
The registry setting 'OE Console (Home Meds section) Default Order Status Filter' is added. This registry setting is used to indicate the default value for the order 'Status' filter to be used in the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), with the choices being "Active" or "Active + Expired + Pending". Please note that this registry setting is used only in myAvatar NX, that the "Active + Expired + Pending" 'Status' filter choice is supported only in myAvatar NX, and that a myAvatar Client Update or upgrade is also required to enable this functionality.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 71  Sep 12, 2022  •  2022.03.00
Avatar OE is enhanced in the following ways: 1) Support is added for sending multiple laboratory orders in a single requisition for laboratory vendors who support it (for example: Labcorp and Quest). Note: This feature requires Avatar CareFabric 2022 Update 64, Avatar CWS 2022 Update 86 and must be enabled via the new registry setting 'Enable Order Message Queue and Multi-Test Lab Orders'. 2) Additional configuration options are available for laboratory order interfaces via the 'External Lab/Radiology Definition For CareConnect' form. 3) Laboratory orders that are configured for recurring orders interface processing will produce new order messages for scheduled collections in scenarios where the order's 'Start Date/Time' is prior to the current date/time. In addition, the following issues are resolved: 1) When placing a recurring lab order that has a 'Start Time' that is after the order's last scheduled collection time for the current day, the recurring order messages might contain an incorrect "placer order number". 2) Recurring lab order messages might not be sent to the Lab system as the result of an error ("[UNDEFINED]SendHL7Messages^OrderEntryRecurringOrders *startTime") that is not displayed to the end-user. 3) Recurring lab order discontinue messages might be sent for occurrences of orders that have already been collected. Note: Avatar CareFabric 2022 Update 19 is required for full functionality.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 49  Sep 9, 2022  •  2022.03.00
The 'Activate Pre-Authorized Orders' form is enhanced to allow it to be used for a "Routine" pre-authorized order that is of an 'Order Type' that has the extended attribute 'Require Hours of Administration for Routine Orders' set to require 'Hours of Administration'. With this enhancement, the 'Hours of Administration' from the 'Frequency Code' used on the specific pre-authorized order are now used when creating the actual order via "activation". Therefore the 'Frequency Codes' that are used for "Routine" pre-authorized orders will need to be defined with 'Hours of Administration' (and potentially with the "correct" number of 'Hours of Administration') in order to support this functionality. Prior to this enhancement, a user would be presented with an error message such as "Hours of Administrations must be entered for Routine Orders of Order Type Pharmacy" when trying to "activate" a "Routine" pre-authorized order, when the system was configured to require 'Hours of Administration' for "Routine" orders.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 63  Sep 6, 2022  •  2022.03.00
The 'Education' button is added to the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section). The 'Education' button provides users the ability to indicate (at the time that the order is placed) that client education was already provided, in which case this information will be passed along to Avatar eMAR, thereby satisfying the requirement to perform 'Client Education' in Avatar eMAR (if that functionality is enabled in Avatar eMAR). Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed to enable this functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 74  Aug 30, 2022  •  2022.03.00
The 'OrderEnty.history_client_allergies' SQL table is updated so that the columns 'allergy_type_code' and 'allergy_type_value' take into account the 'Treat as Allergy Type' field from the 'Allergen Code'. Support for the 'Treat as Allergy Type' field in the 'Allergen/Reactant Code Setup' form is added with Avatar CWS 2022 Update 92.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 70  Aug 30, 2022  •  2022.03.00
The field 'Prevent Entry of Auto-DC Order Types When Active Order Exists?' is added to the 'Order Code Setup' form. Previous development provided functionality in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) to automatically discontinue existing active client orders when a new order is placed, based on the 'Automatic Discontinuation of Order Types' attribute of the 'Order Code' being used for the new order. Now, when the new 'Order Code' attribute 'Prevent Entry of Auto-DC Order Types When Active Order Exists?' is set to "Yes", users will be warned when placing an order that would conflict with a prior order, when the prior order's 'Order Code' is defined to automatically discontinue the orders that have the new order's 'Order Type' (based on the 'Order Code' attribute 'Automatic Discontinuation of Order Types'). Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed to make use of this functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

Avatar OE 2022 Update 64  Jun 30, 2022  •  2022.02.01
The Order Entry Console (Home Medications and Discharge Med Reconciliation sections, and Orders This Episode and Admission Med Reconciliation sections when in "external pharmacy mode") is enhanced to support recent changes to NADEAN regulatory requirements. Until recently, some medications (those containing buprenorphine) could be prescribed only by practitioners who had a NADEAN. (The NADEAN for the 'Ordering Practitioner' is stored within and supplied by OrderConnect during the ordering process.) Recent regulatory changes now allow buprenorphine-containing medications to be prescribed by practitioners who do not have a NADEAN, if the medication is being prescribed for pain rather than for addiction treatment or detox. In the Order Entry Console, all such medications now require the user to indicate a 'Reason' for the order. The prescriber does not need to have a NADEAN in order to use "eRx" for such medications if the 'Reason' ('Reason Code' or 'Reason Text') contains the word "pain" (case-insensitive). An issue is resolved where the 'Order Code Load/Update Utility via Micromedex Red Book Database' process might sometimes define an 'Order Code' with a Micromedex 'Product Name ID' for an equivalent product rather than for the medication name used in the 'Order Code' 'Description'. This data issue could result in behavior where an order for a generic name 'Order Code' converts to a Brand name product in the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section) when the inpatient order is added to the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)'. This data issue could also result in behavior where an order being placed in the Order Entry Console (Order This Episode section), when in "external pharmacy mode" to display the name of an equivalent product on the 'Final Review' dialog, rather than showing the medication name that was shown while adding the order to the Scratchpad. Also, the 'Order Code Load Utility Via Micromedex Red Book Database' process is modified to better ensure that the NDCs selected for defining 'Order Codes' are recognized by CKO Server during clinical screening.

The following issues are resolved in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode and Admission Med Reconciliation sections): 1) When using Micromedex CKO Server via "direct connection" for clinical screening, if an 'Order Code' is defined with an 'NDC' that is not recognized by CKO Server, the messages displayed to the user show only the invalid NDC, and do not show a description of the item that cannot be processed for clinical screening. 2) When using Micromedex CKO Server for clinical screening, a message might not be displayed that alerts the user when the client has an active allergy that cannot be screened because the 'Allergen Code' is defined for use with FDB (and therefore cannot be screened by CKO Server).

Avatar OE 2022 Update 44  Jun 13, 2022  •  2022.02.00
The following enhancements are introduced: 1) The 'Order Validation' form is added. This form provides another way to Validate orders placed through the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) and the 'Client Profile / Physicians Orders' form. 2) The 'Physician Order Validation' and 'Order Validation' forms are enhanced to support the ability to remove the 'Refills Allowed' and 'Dispense Quantity' information that displays in the 'Details of Selected Orders' field. This functionality is enabled via the registry setting 'Display Refills Allowed and Dispense Quantity in Order Validation forms'. 3) The 'Enable Team filter in 'Physician Order Validation' form' and 'Allow multiple Client selection in 'Physician Order Validation' form' registry settings are renamed to 'Enable filters in Order Validation forms' and 'Allow multiple Client selection in Order Validation forms', respectively, to encompass the new 'Order Validation' form. Additionally, the 'Enable filters in Order Validation forms' registry setting now supports the ability to hide/show 'Unit', 'Program', and 'Team' filters. Note: Avatar RADplus 2022 Update 71 must be installed for full functionality of the new 'Order Validation' form. Also a myAvatar Client Update or upgrade should be installed for optimal performance. In addition, the following issues are resolved: 1) The 'Physician Order Validation' form allows the original (now-DC'd) order that was acted on with a Modify action to be selected and Validated while the new order that was created via the Modify action still has an 'Order Status' of 'Validation Required' from when it was first created. 2) The 'Physician Order Validation' form does not also Validate the original (now-DC'd) order from a Modify action when Validating the order that was created via the Modify action. 3) The Order Entry Orders Web Service allows the original order that was acted on with a Modify action to be Validated while the new order that was created via the Modify action still has an 'Order Status' of 'Validation Required' from when it was first created. 4) The Order Entry Orders Web Service does not also Validate the original (now-DC'd) order from a Modify action when Validating the order that was created via the Modify action. Note: These changes bring the behavior of the 'Physician Order Validation' form into alignment with the Order Entry Console (Order This Episode section).

In the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), the 'External RxHx' and 'Prescriber's Queue' hyperlinks now use the 'Program' that is specified below the Scratchpad when launching to OrderConnect. The below-the-Scratchpad 'Program' is mapped to an OrderConnect 'Agency', which is then used during the authentication process when launching via these hyperlinks. Prior to this change, if a user launched to OrderConnect via either of these two hyperlinks (rather than the 'Order Labs' hyperlink), certain functions that the user might then navigate to within OrderConnect might be attributed to the wrong 'Agency' (location). The effect of this could include the printing of the wrong address on printed prescriptions. Note: A RADplus middleware upgrade or Update is required to make use of this new functionality.

The following issues are resolved: 1) The 'Order Code Setup' form is modified to no longer allow the selection of "inactive" 'Dispense Quantity Units' for the 'Default Dispense Quantity Unit' prompt. If an 'Order Code' is already defined with a 'Default Dispense Quantity Unit' that is currently "inactive", that "inactive" code will not be used as the default within the Order Entry Console (Home Medications and Discharge Med Reconciliation sections, and Orders This Episode and Admission Med Reconciliation sections when in "external pharmacy mode"). 2) In the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), the error "Error: ExternalMed.Dose_Form_Abbr Exceeds Maximum Size of 30" that might occur when saving a "Reported" medication. 3) In the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section), an issue where an order could be renewed for longer than the 'Maximum Eventual Order Duration' value for the order. 4) In the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), an issue where the 'No Known Medications' checkbox, once checked, might not display as checked after navigating away and returning to the 'Home Medications' section. In addition, the Order Entry Console (Home Medications and Orders This Episode sections) is enhanced to provide a 'Priority' filter to support filtering the list of the client's Home Medications by 'Priority'. 'Reported' medications that do not have a 'Frequency' selected (and therefore have no 'Priority' attribute) will be displayed only if "All" or "Unknown" are selected in the new filter. In the 'Order Entry Forms Printing' form, an issue is resolved where the product strength for a medication order on any of the "Administration Record" forms might display the total dose to be administered rather than the actual product strength. For example, an order for "Zoloft 100 mg tablet, 200 mg twice daily" might be shown as "Zoloft 200 mg tablet, 200 mg = 2 tablets twice daily". These reports will now display the product strength within the description of the medication / product, which matches what is shown in Avatar eMAR. The actual content and format of the dosing instructions are based on what is received in the pharmacy fill details (when they are being used for these reports). Note that this issue occurs only when pharmacy fill details are being used to build the "Order Description". Also note that the format of the notation "200 mg = 2 tablets" shown in this example is the default format used in RxConnect, but that this format can be changed, resulting in less clear dosing information.

The 'Order Entry Notifications Routing Table', 'Order Entry Notifications Unit Routing Table', and 'Order Entry Notifications Program Routing Table' forms are enhanced by the addition of a 'Suppress Printing Of Order Notifications For Discontinued Orders On Modify Actions' prompt. These prompts, in conjunction with a new 'Suppress Notification print if Discontinued on Modify' registry setting, allow the application to be configured to suppress the automatic printing of Order Entry Notifications for the Discontinue portion of a Modify action. In addition, when Order Entry Notifications are printed for an automatic Discontinue upon discharge, the client's location prior to discharge is shown (instead of no location being shown). Note: As part of the installation of this Update, two indices for the 'OrderEntry.order_entry_cs_utilities' table are rebuilt via a background process that will continue to run after the Update is reported as being loaded. Depending on the number of rows in this table, it could take a significant amount of time (potentially an hour or longer) to complete this task. While these indices are being rebuilt, forms, widgets, and reports that use data from this table might show inconsistent or incomplete results.
