‘Discontinue Date’ Effective Date Carrying Forward To Modified Order's 'Stop Date'
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) to ensure that, if a Modify is performed on an order that has already been DC'd but has a future 'DC Effective Date/Time', that the new order that is created via the Modify is not created with the original order's 'DC Effective Date/Time' stored.
Included Updates
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 16, 17, 23, 24, 25, 26, 31, 33, 36, 41, 42, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48, 52, 55, 59, 63, 64, 65, 66, 68, 70, 71, 72, 73, 76, 79, 82, 84, 86, 88, 90, 91
Product Update Form Description
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) where, if a Modify is performed on an order that has already been DC'd but has a future 'DC Effective Date/Time', the new order that is created via the Modify is created with the original order's 'DC Effective Date/Time' stored. In the Order Entry Console, this can cause that order to show that 'DC Effective Date' in the order's 'Stop Date' column while continuing to show that order's 'Status' as "Active" if the order's actual 'Stop Date' is still in the future (even when that 'DC Effective Date' that is displayed in the 'Stop Date' column has already passed). In Avatar eMAR, this issue could cause that order to be considered to be DC'd once that 'DC Effective Date/Time' is in the past. Note that this issue occurs only in myAvatar NX.
