Product Update Form Description

A 'PDMP' hyperlink is added to the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), providing access to Prescription Drug Monitoring Program data for controlled substances (when available to the current user for the selected client). Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed to enable this functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:

Order Entry Console

Scenario 1: OE NX - HM - PDMP

Specific Setup:

Avatar OE 2022 Update 48, Avatar NX Release 2022.08.00 and OrderConnect v18.15 are required for full functionality
A client must have an active episode. (Client A)

Steps

Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
Click the 'Home Medications' tab.
Click the 'PDMP' link.
Validate the information displays correctly.
