Order Entry Console (Home Medications Section) - 'Order History' dialog
In the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), the 'Order History' dialog is updated to display the 'Entered On' date and time of the selected order in the header section.
Value Added: Adds support for the recorded date and time in the 'Order History' dialog.

OE NX - Compound Medications
The 'Order Code Setup' and 'Recipe Maintenance' forms are updated to allow for the creation of compound medication 'Order Codes' and 'Recipes; and the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) is updated to support the creation of orders for compound medications. Such compound medication orders are fully supported in "external pharmacy mode", and can be supported when orders are being sent to RxConnect, with appropriate setup.
Value Added: Avatar OE is enhanced to support compound medications.

An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) to ensure that only the 'Leaflet' is displayed when "None" is selected for 'Output' and the 'Leaflet' checkbox is checked on the 'Final Review' dialog.
