The following enhancements are added to the Task List Console: 1) Support for military or AM/PM time display format according to either the 'Time Format Displayed in Avatar eMAR' or 'Enable Military Time' registry settings. 2) Support for display of task history in the Task List Console. 3) Support for editing task events that were previously recorded. 4) Support for dynamically refreshing the eMAR NX console when order are signed in the OE console (Note: Avatar eMAR 2023 Update 10 and a future Avatar Order Entry update are required for full functionality). 5) Previous attempts recorded on a task now show an icon on the task details panel of the Task List Console with additional details about the attempts displayed on a tooltip. 6) Support for retrying laboratory collections and dietary administrations after an "unsuccessful - retry attempt later"-type event was previously recorded (Note: Avatar eMAR 2023 Update 10 is required for full functionality). 7) Tasks that are documented against outside of their scheduled/expected timeframe will now prompt the user to record why they are doing so. An Avatar NX Release is required to make use of all enhancements listed above. 8) The 'Unit' filter in the Task List Console will now only show units associated to the currently logged-in system code via units that are associated to programs in the 'Program Maintenance' form. If sub-system codes are not enabled, or a user is logged into the root system code, all units will display in the filter. In addition, the following issues are resolved: 1) An issue is resolved where medication, laboratory and diet orders would not appear in the Task List Console when ordered under client episodes other than the client's most recent inpatient episode (Note: Avatar eMAR 2023 Update 10 is also required). 2) An issue is resolved where a medication, laboratory and diet orders is removed from view in the Task List Console prior to its stop time.

The update includes several enhancements to the 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definitions - Facility', 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definitions - Immunizations' and 'Client Health Maintenance' forms. 'Wellness Item' definitions are enhanced to support multiple rows per dictionary value (based on gender and age settings). Immunizations have the following enhancements: 1) Multi-Dose Vaccination Series support is enhanced and includes a new option for the 'Interval Since' field called "Prior Dose Number"; 2) In 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definitions - Facility', 'Vaccine'/'Dose' definitions include support for guarantor, diagnosis, and program options; 3) The data entry "Error" dialog for the 'NDC' column is updated to include text that describes how to fill in the field when the value is unknown; 4) A new extended attribute 'NDC required' is added to the 'Provided By' dictionary (Other CWS Tabled Files #62009).

The field 'Select Note To Edit' is added to all 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' forms. This field will need to be added through 'Site Specific Section Modeling' and allows group notes to be edited. Clients who have been individualized will not update the filed notes.

Avatar CWS is modified to allow SNOMED Codes to be hidden in the Problem field in the "Problem List", "Treatment Plan" and "Family Health History" forms. The 'Code' column may also be hidden in the 'Problem search results' associated with the Problem field on these forms. The new Registry Setting "Hide SNOMED Codes From Problem List Search Results" controls these options.

The following changes are made: 1) The 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form and copies are enhanced to take into account the registry setting 'Default Staff Associated With Current Login User' in the 'Group Default Notes' section. 2) The 'Group Default Notes' section of the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form and its copies are enhanced to support adding multiple clients to group notes based on caseload or unit. The following fields are now available to be added via the 'Site Specific Section Modeling' form: 'Add to Group - Use Caseload or Unit for Selection', 'Unit', 'Select Clients' and 'Add Selected Clients to Group'. 3) An issue where the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form and copies can have different selections available for the 'Note Type' field is resolved. 4) An issue where the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form and copies may display an inactive selection in the 'Note Type' field is resolved. 5) An issue where the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form and copies may result in an '[UNDEFINED]fld286+19^ProgressNotes2 *PT(291)' error after attempting to remove a client from a group is resolved.

The following issues are resolved: 1) The error "[SYNTAX]GetSavedValue+12^TXPlanAutosave" that may occur when selecting a Treatment Plan transcriber to-do. 2) The Treatment Plan registry setting "Status Default Code" has been removed. This functionality is now controlled by 'Site Specific Section Modeling'. 3) An issue that may prevent notes from being filed as 'Final' in Progress Notes forms when the 'Multiple Start and End Times to Document Sessions' registry setting enabled, and the duration does not match the start and end times.
