    The following issues are resolved: 1) The error "[UNDEFINED]SelectResultHdrs+113^ResultsTableLabRsltsMain *ORDCODE" that may occur upon selecting a result in the 'Void Results' form. 2) The error "[SUBSCRIPT]zDefineToDo+22^SYSTEM.RadPlusWorkFlowToDo.1 ^RadPlusWorkFlowToDoIndex("usersento",98,"")" that may occur upon undoing a void of a result in the 'Void Results' form.
  • Lab Orders - automatically discontinued upon receiving results
    An issue is resolved to ensure that all orders are discontinued when receiving results for multiple one-time-only laboratory orders in a single HL7 message.

    An issue is resolved in "Vitals Entry" form where Blood Pressure 'Position' is being cleared out when an "out of range" Blood Pressure reading is input.
  • Vitals Entry - low/high ranges BP2 and BP3 fields
    An issue is resolved in "Vitals Entry" where low/high ranges aren't validated for 'Blood Pressure 2' and 'Blood Pressure 3' fields.

When this setting is enabled all Charge Input forms will need to ensure that the service program matches the program specified in the 'Assigned Services' grid within the 'Intervention' section of the 'Treatment Plan' form. Note: Avatar PM 2023 Update 87 must be loaded for full functionality.

The Progress Notes web service is enhanced to support the functionality enabled by the registry setting 'Enable Multiple Add-On Code Per Primary Code Functionality'. In addition, the following issues are resolved: 1) The 'Are you releasing to myHealthPointe or External providers?' field is missing in the progress notes forms. 2) Add-on services saved on client where no add-on services selected. Please note: This issue only occurs when the Add-on service is saved by the MedNote application using myAvatar NX.
