Update 8 Details \| User Acceptance Tests Avatar CWS - SNOMED Codes Avatar CWS is updated to allow SNOMED codes to be hidden in the 'Problem List', 'Treatment Plan', and 'Family Health History' forms. The 'Code' column may also be hidden in the 'Problem Search Results' associated with the 'Problem' field on these forms. This field will need to be added through 'Site Specific Section Modeling' and allows group notes to be edited. Clients who have been individualized will not update the filed notes.
