    Functionality for Progress Notes (Group and Individual) has been modified to ensure that data is being retained when an appointment is missed, and the group service has co-practitioners. The data will be retained in the 'staff_tx_history table'.

An issue that may occur in 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' forms (Group Default section) where 'Co-Practitioner' and 'Co-Practitioner 2' services are not rendered when a patient in a group is marked as missed visit is revolved.
