CarePOV.Clinician - synchronization time
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
- Mobile Application Build
- Registry Settings (PM)
- Service Codes
Scenario 1: Clinician<>Avatar: Validate synchronization of "Service Code" data
Specific Setup:
- Have "CarePOV.Clinician 2023.1.2.0", "Avatar Mobile 2023 Update 3" and "Avatar CWS 2023 Update 67" installed
- Have a system with many services codes set up (for example, over a hundred) in form "Service Codes", some that are 'active' and some that are 'inactive'.
- Set registry setting "Allow Selection Of Inactive Service Codes With Defined Fees For Date Of Service" to "Yes"
- Have access to the "Service Codes" form and the "Mobile Application Build" form
- Have access the "Registry Settings" form
Steps
- In Avatar,
- Open form "Service Codes"
- Select "Add"
- Populate the required fields
- Submit the form
- Open the "Mobile Application Build" form
- Select any desired forms
- Submit the form
- Validate the form files successfully
- Launch the "Clinician" application
- Configure the settings to connect to the testing database
- Log in with proper credentials
- At the home screen, click the arrow in the bottom left corner
- Click "Synchronize" with Avatar
- Validate synchronization is successful
- Enter any "Progress Note" and file a "New Service" progress note
- Submit the form
- At the home screen, click the arrow in the bottom left corner
- Click "Synchronize" with Avatar
- Validate synchronization is successful
- In Avatar,
- Open form "Service Codes"
- Click to the "Service Code Report" section
- Select "All"
- Click [Display Service Codes]
- Validate all codes are display as expected, including the new code entered in step 1
- Open form "Registry Settings"
- Search for setting "Allow Selection Of Inactive Service Codes With Defined Fees For Date Of Service"
- Set the registry setting to "No"
- Submit the form
- Repeat steps 1 thru 5
- Validate results are as expected
