  • Immunizations -Multi-Dose Vaccination Series
    Additional support is added for Multi-Dose Vaccination Series with a new option for the 'Interval Since' called "Prior Dose Number".
  • 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility' - 'Immunizations'
    In the 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility' form, the 'Vaccine' and 'Dose' definitions are updated to support guarantor, diagnosis, and program options.
  • 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility' - 'Wellness Item' guideline definitions
    'Wellness Item' guideline definitions are enhanced to support multiple rows per dictionary value, based on gender and age settings.
  • Client Health Maintenance - 'NDC' error dialog
    The data entry "Error" dialog for the 'NDC' column is updated to include text that describes how to fill in the field when the value is unknown.
  • Client Health Maintenance - NDC codes
    A new extended attribute "NDC required" is added to the 'Provided By' dictionary (Other CWS Tabled Files #62009). This extended attribute gives the user the option to not require NDC code, if desired.

Product Update Form Description
The update includes several enhancements to the 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definitions - Facility', 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definitions - Immunizations' and 'Client Health Maintenance' forms. 'Wellness Item' definitions are enhanced to support multiple rows per dictionary value (based on gender and age settings).     New functionality enabled with a new registry setting “Replace ‘Date Created’ with ‘Date Signed’ on Document Routing Images”. If enabled, the "Date Created" label that begins the first line of every page of routed documents will be changed to "Date Signed".

An issue is resolved in the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form where the error message "'Known Medication Allergies' cannot be "Yes" when no medication allergies exist" or the error message "'Known Food Allergies' cannot be "Yes" when no food allergies exist" may incorrectly be displayed. This issue can occur once Avatar RADplus 2022 Update 131 is installed.
