  • NX - Allergies and Hypersensitivities - Allergies/Reactions Reviewed
    An issue is resolved in the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form to ensure the 'Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' field is automatically populated after updating the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' grid. This will occur when the 'Set 'Allergies/Reactions Reviewed' Upon Updating Allergies' registry setting is set to "Y".

    Avatar CWS is updated to allow SNOMED codes to be hidden in the 'Problem List', 'Treatment Plan', and 'Family Health History' forms. The 'Code' column may also be hidden in the 'Problem Search Results' associated with the 'Problem' field on these forms. The 'Hide SNOMED Codes From Problem List Search Results' registry setting is added to support this functionality.

Product Update Form Description
Avatar CWS is modified to allow SNOMED Codes to be hidden in the Problem field in the "Problem List", "Treatment Plan" and "Family Health History" forms. The 'Code' column may also be hidden in the 'Problem search results' associated with the Problem field on these forms. The new Registry Setting "Hide SNOMED Codes From Problem List Search Results" controls these options.

    AutoSave capabilities have been added to all 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' forms. This will allow the group default note to be autosaved.
