Product Update Description
The following issues are resolved in the 'Patient Health Questionnaire-9' form: 1) The 'Reason For Not Administering' field is not disabled when the form is put into Final status. 2) If the form returns to Draft status while 'Reason For Not Administering' is populated, the questionnaire will become enabled. Additionally, an issue is resolved where some fields in the 'Patient Health Questionnaire-9' NX Quick Action would not function like the fields on the form.

An issue is resolved in the Progress Notes chart view that may prevent correct practitioner credentials for appearing based on the date of service.

    An issue has been resolved when trying to submit treatment plans associated to problems that have had many edits to the same row of problem data causing the error message "Failed to parse data. A grid row could not be found".
    Please note, this issue won't be fully resolved until middleware version 3392-006, or NX update 2023.12.00 are also installed.

An issue is resolved in 'Treatment Plan' forms that may cause the 'Failed to parse data. A grid row could not be found.' Message when exiting the plan using the 'Back to Plan Page' or 'Exit to Home View' buttons. Please Note: A myAvatar NX and myAvatar MW are required to view the 'System Notes' field in the 'Problem List' grid in both the 'Problem List' and 'Treatment Plan' forms.
