Product Update Form Description

The update includes several enhancements to the 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definitions - Facility', 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definitions - Immunizations' and 'Client Health Maintenance' forms. 'Wellness Item' definitions are enhanced to support multiple rows per dictionary value (based on gender and age settings). Immunizations have the following enhancements: 1) Multi-Dose Vaccination Series support is enhanced and includes a new option for the 'Interval Since' field called "Prior Dose Number"; 2) In 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definitions - Facility', 'Vaccine'/'Dose' definitions include support for guarantor, diagnosis, and program options; 3) The data entry "Error" dialog for the 'NDC' column is updated to include text that describes how to fill in the field when the value is unknown; 4) A new extended attribute 'NDC required' is added to the 'Provided By' dictionary (Other CWS Tabled Files #62009).
