Specific Setup:
- A client is enrolled in an existing episode with a 'Date Of Birth' equal to "01/01/22" (Client A).
Steps
- Access the 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility' form.
- Click [Immunizations].
- Click [New Row].
- Select "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" in the 'Vaccine' field.
- Select "1" in the 'Dose' field.
- Enter "0" in the 'Age Fr' field.
- Enter "3" in the 'Age To' field.
- Select "Years" in the 'Yr/Mo' field.
- Enter "0" in the 'Interval' field.
- Select "N/A" in the 'Interval Unit' field.
- Select "N/A" in the 'Interval Since' field.
- Select "No" in the 'Recurring' field.
- Click [New Row].
- Select "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" in the 'Vaccine' field.

- Validate an error message is displayed stating: 'Recurring' cannot be set to "Y" when 'Interval Since' is "Prior Dose Number".
- Click [OK] and validate the 'Recurring' field does not contain any value.
- Select "No" in the 'Recurring' field.
- Click [New Row].
- Select "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" in the 'Vaccine' field.
- Select "3" in the 'Dose' field.
- Enter "0" in the 'Age Fr' field.
- Enter "3" in the 'Age To' field.
- Select "Years" in the 'Yr/Mo' field.
- Enter "5" in the 'Interval' field.
- Select "Months" in the 'Interval Unit' field.
- Select "Prior Dose Number" in the 'Interval Since' field.
- Select "No" in the 'Recurring' field.
- Click [Save] and [Submit].
- Access the 'Client Health Maintenance' form.
- Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
- Validate the 'Alerts' field contains an alert for dose 1 of the "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" vaccine due on "01/01/2022".
- Click [Immunizations - Update].
- Select "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" in the 'Vaccine' field.
- Select "1" in the 'Dose' field.
- Select "Other" in the 'Provided By' field.
- Enter "01/01/2022" in the 'Date' field.
- Click [Save] and [Submit].
- Access the 'Client Health Maintenance' form.
- Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
- Validate the 'Alerts' field contains an alert for dose 2 of the "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" vaccine due on "01/29/2022".
- Click [Immunizations - Update].
- Select "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" in the 'Vaccine' field.
- Select "2" in the 'Dose' field.
- Select "Other" in the 'Provided By' field.
- Enter "01/29/2022" in the 'Date' field.
- Click [Save] and [Submit].
- Access the 'Client Health Maintenance' form.
- Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
- Validate the 'Alerts' field contains an alert for dose 3 of the "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" vaccine due on "06/29/2022".
- Click [Immunizations - Update].
- Select "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" in the 'Vaccine' field.
- Select "3" in the 'Dose' field.
- Select "Other" in the 'Provided By' field.
- Enter "06/29/2022" in the 'Date' field.
- Click [Save] and [Submit].
- Access the 'Client Health Maintenance' form.
- Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
- Validate the 'Alerts' field no longer contains an alert for the "Hep B, Adolescent or Pediatric" vaccine.
- Close the form.

- Select "Years" in the 'Interval Unit' field.
- Validate the 'Interval Since' field contains "Prior Dose Number".

- Validate the 'Alerts' field does not contain any alerts because this client does not meet the immunization guidelines on file.
- Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
- Click [Update].
- Select "BCG" in the 'Vaccine' field.
- Select "1" in the 'Dose' field.
- Select "Other" in the 'Provided By' field.
- Enter "04/01/2023" in the 'Date' field.
- Click [New Row].
- Select "Adenovirus Types 4 and 7" in the 'Vaccine' field.
- Select "1" in the 'Dose' field.
- Select "Other" in the 'Provided By' field.
- Enter "04/01/2023" in the 'Date' field.
- Click [New Row].
- Select "Cholera" in the 'Vaccine' field.

- Item 3 - Gender = Both, Age From = 18, Age To = 55, Yr/Mo = Years, Interval = 1, Interval Unit = Years, Recurring = Yes
Steps
- Access the 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility' form.
- Click [Wellness].
- Validate the existing guidelines for "Item 1", "Item 2" and "Item 3" are displayed.
- Click [New Row].
- Add a new row for "Item 3" that matches the previous definition, except 'Gender' is set to "Female".
- Click [Save].
- Validate an error message is displayed stating: A wellness item is defined for Both Genders and a single Gender (Rows # and # have the same values).
- Click [OK].
- Enter a new value in the 'Age From' and 'Age To' fields for the new row, that differs from the existing definition for "Item 3".
- Click [New Row].
- Add a new row for "Item 1" that matches the previous definition, except 'Gender' is "Male".
- Click [New Row].
- Add a new row for "Item 2" that matches the previous definition, except 'Gender' is "Female".
- Click [Save]. Validate no errors are displayed because each wellness item differs based on age range or gender.
- Click [Submit].
- Access the 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility' form.
- Click [Wellness].
- Validate the wellness item guidelines filed in the previous steps are displayed.
- Click [Close/Cancel] and close the form.
Scenario 2: 'Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility' form - Validate unique 'Wellness Item' guidelines
Specific Setup:
- Four clients are defined as follows:
- Client A - 'Male' client between the age range of 18 and 55
