Product Update Description
The following enhancements are added to the Task List Console: 1) Support for military or AM/PM time display format according to either the 'Time Format Displayed in Avatar eMAR' or 'Enable Military Time' registry settings. 2) Support for display of task history in the Task List Console. 3) Support for editing task events that were previously recorded. 4) Support for dynamically refreshing the eMAR NX console when order are signed in the OE console (Note: Avatar eMAR 2023 Update 10 and a future Avatar Order Entry update are required for full functionality). 5) Previous attempts recorded on a task now show an icon on the task details panel of the Task List Console with additional details about the attempts displayed on a tooltip. 6) Support for retrying laboratory collections and dietary administrations after an "unsuccessful - retry attempt later"-type event was previously recorded (Note: Avatar eMAR 2023 Update 10 is required for full functionality). 7) Tasks that are documented against outside of their scheduled/expected timeframe will now prompt the user to record why they are doing so. An Avatar NX Release is required to make use of all enhancements listed above. 8) The 'Unit' filter in the Task List Console will now only show units associated to the currently logged-in system code via units that are associated to programs in the 'Program Maintenance' form. If sub-system codes are not enabled, or a user is logged into the root system code, all units will display in the filter. In addition, the following issues are resolved: 1) An issue is resolved where medication, laboratory and diet orders would not appear in the Task List Console when ordered under client episodes other than the client's most recent inpatient episode (Note: Avatar eMAR 2023 Update 10 is also required). 2) An issue is resolved where a medication, laboratory and diet orders is removed from view in the Task List Console prior to its stop time.
