myEvolv Release Notes

As of version 11.0.0050, for systems connected to CareFabric, you must have Microsoft .NET Core Runtime 6.0 installed on your web server for CareFabric Receivers, and the CareFabric Receiver must be running on its own application pool.

Upgrading to version 11.0.0000 is now required prior to taking version 11.0.0025. If you are upgrading from a pre 11.0.0000.x release to 11.0.0025, you will first need to upgrade to version 11.0.0000.

You must install the current myEvolv Windows service on your webserver to ensure the system functions properly See the myEvolv Windows Service Setup Guide.

For versions 10.1.0550 through 11.0.0025, for systems connected to CareFabric, you must have Microsoft .NET Core Runtime 3.1 installed on your web server for CareFabric Receivers, and the CareFabric Receiver must be running on its own application pool.

You must run the Update denormalized tables utility following upgrade to version 10.1.0475 to ensure the system functions properly. (The utility is available at Taskbar > System Maintenance > Application Maintenance > Utilities in myEvolv NX)

You must have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 installed on your webserver before upgrading to version 10.1.0425 or any newer version. 

Effective 03/01/2024, all NTST hosting performed upgrades will no longer include running Forms XML on myEvolv.

Please note as of version 11.0.0100/Q4 release, the following will no longer be available in myEvolv:

• eMAR & all setups associated with eMAR
• Resource Family Module
• Call Center & all setups associated with Call Center

• Setup > Medical Libraries Maintenance
• Setup > Medication/Substance

Please note as of version 11.0.0075/Q3 release, the following will no longer be available in myEvolv:

• User Tools
• System
• Placement Disruptions
• Treatment and Tests
• Diagnoses Maintenance
• Incident
• Title X
• Outreach
• LA IBHIS Setup
• Launch-Pad Maintenance

As of version 11.0.0050, the following options from Taskbar are no longer available in myEvolv. Agencies will need to use these areas of Taskbar in myEvolv NX exclusively.

• Bedboard
• myHPScheduled Tasks
• Care Exchange
• Client Calendar/Scheduler
• Document Management
• Home Health Care
• Telehealth

As of version 11.0.0050 the following submodules in Agency Setup are no longer available in myEvolv. Agencies will need to use these areas of Agency Setup module in myEvolv NX exclusively.

• Event Setup
• Services Setup
• Staff and Security Setup
• My Client Setup
• Client Portal Setup
• Resource Family Portal Setup

As of version 11.0.0025 the Finance Setup module and Incidents module are no longer available in myEvolv. Agencies will need to use Finance Setup and Incidents modules exclusively in myEvolv NX. Please note that use of Finance Setup module in NX does NOT require that an agency be using Finance NX.

As of version 11.0.0025 users will no longer see icons for e-signing/un-signing/submitting/un-submitting on Service Entry screens in Client, Group and Family Case modules. Users can still perform these actions after opening the service form.

As of version 11.0.0025 users will not be able to expand listings in myEvolv. Users can continue to right click to get to options.

As of version 11.0.0000, Attendance Tracking, DSR, and Outreach are no longer available in myEvolv.

• Agencies will need to use Attendance Tracking, DSR, and Outreach in myEvolv NX exclusively.

As of version 10.1.0575, Form Designer is no longer available in myEvolv.

• Agencies will need to use Form Designer in myEvolv NX exclusively.
• For agencies still using myEvolv, if you create or update a form in myEvolv NX, you need to run the forms XML Utility in myEvolv for the forms to work/function as expected.
