Service Details PEM Tool
The utility "Service Details PEM Tool" is now available under Taskbar > System Maintenance > Application Maintenance > Utilities.
The "Service Details PEM" utility is used to correct the program enrollment modifier (PEM) on billed services. When a service is billable under multiple plans and program enrollment modifier (PEM) is used on one of the rates, if that service is billed and then the PEM is later changed, then service cannot be billed a second time with the updated PEM as the service details are locked with the previous PEM. In this scenario, the "Service Details PEM Too" can be used to update the program enrollment modifier on the billed service details.

myEvolv now supports inbound HL7 RDE^O11 messages. The purpose of this message is to record new Medications in myEvolv for prescribed medications originating in a software application external to the Netsmart family.
Inbound HL7 RDE^O11 messages create new Medication records on a matched patient profile. This event appears in the "Medications" menu (Client > Client Information > Health Information > Medications).
The following requirements must be met in order for this to work:
- The patient must have a preexisting myEvolv profile entered.
- The agency must have their Medication/Drug Libraries preconfigured with valid codes (i.e. RXNorm Code).
Agencies must have an HL7 integration effort in place with Netsmart in order to leverage this functionality. These agreements come with hours to assist the agency in configuration and trainings related to myEvolv HL7. Additional documentation on supported segments, data elements, and values therein are provided as part of the effort.

Bulk Action Based Billing Runs Will Honor Hold Claim Reaons
When running a bulk action-based billing run, if the claim/submission does not meet the hold criteria then it will be held.
Held claims can have "Release and Submit" action applied provided the batch is not yet marked sent. Once the batch has been marked sent then users can apply "Release and Delete" action. Once this has been applied and the reason for hold has been resolved then the claim will be captured in the next action based billing run that is done with matching criteria.

Recreate to New Payer Action and Authorization Units
When a claim that has utilized authorization units has new action "Recreate to New Payer" applied and performed, the units consumed by this claim will be returned to the authorization. This can be seen on the Authorization report found at "Reports > Clients > Services & Treatment > Authorizations" and on the service details of the authorization found at "Client > Client Information > Billing Authorization > Service Details".
