Save as PDF
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
- Enrollments for a Period
- Enrollments for a Period Report
- File Explorer
Scenario 1: Save myEvolv Report as PDF
Specific Setup:
Steps
1. Launch any report with the Preview button. With the report window open, click "Save as PDF."
2. Save the PDF and open it, validate the report is in the PDF and not in the login screen.

Steps
- Validate Attendance Tracking module is not visible.
- Validate "Outreach > Outreach > Outreach > Information" form set member is not visible.
- Validate "Taskbar > DSR Service Entry" sub module is not visible.
- Validate "Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Attendance Check In/Out" form set member is not visible.
