When the Receiver setting: "When POS is Home suppress SF Loop" is checked, the system will suppress the entire Service Facility Loop in the 837 when the Place of Service is 12 (Home).
837 output logic has been improved, so if the setting to suppress Facility if POS = 12 is CHECKED on Receiver, the system will NOT output this loop regardless of the other Facility Settings checked on the Receiver.
For example:
-If the claim POS is 11, the system will output the Facility name, ID and Address.
-If the claim POS is 12, the system will suppress the loop.
When the Receiver setting: "When POS is Home suppress SF Loop" is checked, the system will suppress the entire Service Facility Loop in the 837 when the Place of Service is 12 (Home).
837 output logic has been improved, so if the setting to suppress Facility if POS = 12 is CHECKED on Receiver, the system will NOT output this loop regardless of the other Facility Settings checked on the Receiver.

Routing Redesign NX
Routing has been redesigned to improve the user experience in NX and to have the routing interface match the look and feel of NX. To lay the foundation for future enhancements to routing, the table structure behind routing has been updated. Accordingly, there is a one-time, one-way conversion process that will be run at agency request.
Agencies will need to open a support case with Netsmart to have Routing NX enabled, it will only be enabled in a non-production system initially.

-Routing in myEvolv will not change
Agencies will need to complete thorough testing of routes in non-production with special focus on any custom routes.
-If any issues are found with custom routes, agencies will need to engage Managed Services to assist.

-Once agencies have fully tested routing, they can enter a support case stating that they have verified their routing and are ready to have this turned on in production.
-Please note that agencies that utilize Finance NX routes can proceed with testing routing redesign with clinical routes in a non-production system but will need to hold off on converting production system until a future release when Finance NX routing redesign is made available.

Updated Logic for Start and End Dates for Calculate Rate
The process for claim resubmission using Calculate Rate has been updated with new logic for greater accuracy in finding start and end dates. KB0070883 v0.01
To ensure that Calculate Rate completes, we have implemented new logic for finding start and end dates during this process.

1) Use the start and end date from billing run request, if available. (Will not be available for scheduled runs or converted action-based runs.)
2) If no date is used yet, use the start and end date from billing log, if available. (Will not be available for converted action-based runs.)
3) If no date is used yet, use the start and end date of the consolidation period of the claim.
4) If there is still no date (usually converted action-based claims with no consolidation period), use the claim's from date and end date as a last resort.
