Calculate Rate History Interface Introduced
In order to provide administrators with greater visibility into calculate rate processes initiated from AR Management, a new interface "Finance > Claim/Invoice Processing > Batch Listing > Calculate Rate History" has been introduced.
Calculate Rate history by default will show the calculate rate history from yesterday through today. End users can request to see up to seven days of calculate rate history. Qualifying Services Now Honor Minimum and Maximum Distinct Events
The qualifying services SubForm "Minimum are Distinct" field has been renamed "Use Distinct Events". The billing program has been updated to honor both the Minimum and Maximum values when utilizing the qualifying services distinct events functionality.
For example, if the qualifying services is set up to honor three minimum and five maximum events and "Use Distinct Events" is checked, then the billing program will enforce that between three to five distinct events from the qualifying services list must be entered in order for this claim to bill. If only two distinct events were entered, then the minimum requirement is not met and the claim will not be produced. If six distinct events were entered then the maximum requirement has been exceeded and the claim will not be produced.

Hold Time on Front Desk/Staff Calendars
New "Hold Time" event can be scheduled on Front Desk/Staff Calendars. This event will reserve the staff's time slot for later use.
A new system staff non-client event, "Hold Time" has been introduced. This event can be added to a staff's schedule for the purposes of reserving/holding their time on Front Desk/Staff Calendars. Remarks can be entered on the "Hold Time" to indicate what the hold is intended to be used for (i.e. "Client Intake"). The Front Desk Advanced Search now includes new option "First Available Hold Time". When this option is selected on advanced search, the first available hold time will be returned that matches the remaining search criteria. Staff will be able to schedule appointments during "Hold Time" without firing validations. If an appointment is scheduled during "Hold Time" and the duration of that appointment does not fully cover the duration of the "Hold Time" then the appointment will be carved out of the "Hold Time" such that the scheduled appointment and remaining "Hold Time" will be left on the staff schedule.

When billing two different claims for the same facility placement service to two different sequence 1 funders, when you do adjustment with calculate rate on one of the claims, the resulting submission will be tied back to the correct original submission. When claim is denied and then duration on the service is modified and the original claim has adjusted using calculate rate, the resulting submission will have the correct duration and will link back to the original submission.
When you bill a funder for a single service with multiple procedures, i.e. multiple service line claims for services with Interactive Complexity or services like Developmental Testing where the same service will have multiple procedures, the system will now assure the resulting submission's service line all correctly link back to the services.
