Support Added for Facility NPI Override Field
A new facility NPI override field is now supported. This is to be made available on the facility enrollment form(s), and allows agencies to (optionally) select an Outside Organization for reasons of Rendering NPI override on 837I/P output. If populated, the billing program will use the NPI# of the facility selected in this field in place of the NPI# of the facility the client is enrolled into. This covers scenarios where a client is enrolled into an agency-operated Attendance Facility yet the Rendering NPI on 837I/P claims needs to use an NPI# unrelated to actual attendance facility of service (such as an outside organization or any external residence that the client may or may not be enrolled into)
Value Added: Improved ability to bill where client lives at a non-agency residence but is also enrolled at agency for employment services.

A new column, "generic_description_icd9_dsm4" has been added which includes all codes. The "Diagnoses by Client" LUT will now show only the ICD10, DSM5 and SNOMED codes. When this LUT is linked to the "Diagnosis Treated" field on services, no ICD9 or DMS4 information will be visible. A new system LUT, "Diagnoses by Client Including ICD9/DSM4" has been created which will include these older codes.

Enhancements to On Demand Billing Workflow
The following improvements to the On Demand Billing workflow are now supported:
- When hovering over the Collect Payment icon ($) after already collecting and applying today's client payment, the current balance will reflect the total current balance from all claims, 0.00 if no balance.
- The Cash Log picklist available when applying payments will now include checks collected today from "Additional Guarantors" assigned to the client's Self Pay benefit assignment.
- Following application of payment in Front Desk, running the Patient Statement report will reflect current real time unapplied balance amount for the self pay payer.
