Scenario 1: Validate Patient Statement Total Adjustment Column
Specific Setup:
  • Scenario works with two claims. One claim has been waterfalled to secondary payer.
  • Second claim has multiple statuses applied.
Steps
  1. Navigate to "Finance > Reports > Accounts Receivable > Patient Statements".
  2. Set desired date parameters.
  3. Select report selection "Patient Statement Report by Self-Pay Liability".
  4. Set desired parameters.
  5. Click "Preview".
  6. Validate "Total Adjustment Column" contains desired amount.
  7. Validate "Total Balance Column" contains desired amount.

  4. Close window and navigate to "Deposit Slip - Self Pay" tab.
  5. Select "Print Form", validate print window opens and close window.

Scenario 1: Validate Staff Emails with "Enable Staff Calendar Appointments" Setting
Specific Setup:
  • Staff 1 has the ability to schedule appointments and modify system settings, and is configured with worker email and personal email with the same value.
  • Staff 2 is configured with worker email and personal email with the same value.
Steps
  1. As Staff 1, navigate to "Setup > System > Evolv System Setup > System Settings/Preferences".
  2. Set "Enable Staff Calendar Appointments" setting to disabled and save.
  3. In myEvolv and myEvolv NX:
  4. Navigate to "Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk NX (NX) /"Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out >Front Desk Daily Check In" (CS).
  5. Open the "Calendar" and schedule an "Appointment" for Staff 2.
  6. Save the appointment and confirm that an email is not sent to Staff 2.
  7. Navigate to "Setup > System > Evolv System Setup > System Settings/Preferences".
  8. Set "Enable Staff Calendar Appointments" setting to enabled and save.
  9. In myEvolv and myEvolv NX:
  10. Navigate back to "Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk NX" (NX) /Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk Daily Check In"(CS).
  11. Open the calendar and schedule an appointment for Staff 2.
  12. Confirm that an email is received for the scheduled appointment for Staff 2.
  13. Open the calendar and schedule an appointment for Staff 1.
  14. Confirm that an email is received for the scheduled appointment for Staff 1.
