Claim Listing Lookup Table
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
- Claim Listing - Submitted
- Claim Maintenance
- Finance
- Finance > Claim Maintenance > Automatic > Claim Information
- Finance > Claim Maintenance > Manual - Adjustment > Claim
- Finance > Claim Maintenance > SSPS Roster Type D > Claim
- Select a Claim
- Select Claim
Scenario 1: Validate Status Column On Select A Claim Lookup Table
Specific Setup:
Requires various claims with different statuses (paid, partially paid, denied).
Steps
- Navigate to "Finance > Claim Maintenance > Automatic > Claim Information".
- Click "Select Claim" button.
- Search for the desired claim.
- Validate it contains desired status.
- Repeat for a different claim with a different status.
- Repeat tests for Manual - Adjustment Claims.
- Repeat tests for SSPS Roster Type D Claims.

API Person Record

Scenario 1: Import Template "API Create a Person"
Specific Setup:
- User has access to Agency Setup module.
- Import template of "API Create Person" is present.
Steps
- Navigate to "Agency Setup >Other Setups >Import File Template".
- Click on the "Select" template.
- Set the "Description" to "API Create".
- Click the "Search" button.
- Validate the "API Create a Person" template is present within results.
- Click on the "API Create a Person".
- Validate form opens.
- Click on the "Fields Layout" tab and validate desired fields.

Scenario 1: Attendance Enrollment - Re-Admission
Specific Setup:
- Client is discharged from the agency.
- User has access to client.
Steps
- Navigate to "Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Enrollment Information".
- Click on "Select Client" and set the desired client.
- Click on the ellipsis and select "Discharge From Agency".
- Set the desired fields and click "Save".
- Navigate to "Referral > Agency Referral > Referral Information > Referral Information".
- Click on "Select Referral" and set to the desired client.
- Click the "New" button and set the "Last Name", "First Name", and "Gender".
- Click the "Proceed" button.
- Check off the desired client and click the "Proceed" button.
- Set the "Managing Office Responsible", "Referral Source", and "Primary Reason for Referral" and "Program Referred To" fields.
- Set the "Initial Status" to "Accepted".
- Navigate to "Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Enrollment Information".
- Click on "Select Client" and set the desired client.
- Click on the agency folder and select "Re-Amit To Agency".
- Set the "Re-Admission Date" and "Re-Admit to Program"
- Set the "Placement Type" to "Attendance Enrollment".
- Set the "Re-Admit To Facility", "Unit", "Schedule of Sessions", "Worker" and "Worker Role".
- Click the "Save" button.

Specific Setup:
- Client is enrolled in a Care Day program.
- Agency is set up for Respite type Placement Disruption
Steps
- Navigate to "Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Placement Disruptions".
- Click "New Manual Event", select "Respite" from the drop down list.
- Fill out required fields.
- Fill out "Program Modifier" field.
- Fill out "DOC Points" field, "Save".
- Validate the "Placement Disruption" is listed.
- Click "Enrollment Information" tab.
- Validate "Respite Placement" is displayed.
- Click on the "Program Modifier", validate the "DOC Points" are displayed,
