Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Claim Listing - Submitted
  • Claim Maintenance
  • Finance
  • Finance > Claim Maintenance > Automatic > Claim Information
  • Finance > Claim Maintenance > Manual - Adjustment > Claim
  • Finance > Claim Maintenance > SSPS Roster Type D > Claim
  • Select a Claim
  • Select Claim
Scenario 1: Validate Status Column On Select A Claim Lookup Table
Specific Setup:

Requires various claims with different statuses (paid, partially paid, denied).

Steps
  1. Navigate to "Finance > Claim Maintenance > Automatic > Claim Information".
  2. Click "Select Claim" button.
  3. Search for the desired claim.
  4. Validate it contains desired status.
  5. Repeat for a different claim with a different status.
  6. Repeat tests for Manual - Adjustment Claims.
  7. Repeat tests for SSPS Roster Type D Claims.

  • Client has an active Self Pay Benefit Assignment.
Steps
  1. Navigate to "Finance >Claim Maintenance >Manual - Self Pay >Claim".
  2. Click "Select Claim".
  3. Set "Claim #" to "%".
  4. Click "Search".
  5. Click "New".
  6. Click "Client" button and select desired client.
  7. Fill in remain required fields.
  8. Save.
  9. Click on the "Submission" tab.
  10. Validate the submission contains desired "Payer" from "Self Pay Benefit Assignment".
  11. Click on the "Claims" tab.
  12. Edit the claim such as different rate details.
  13. Save.
  14. Click on "Submission" tab.
  15. Click "Refresh" button.
  16. Validate the "Submission" contains desired "Payer" from "Self Pay Benefit Assignment".
  17. Validate the submission contains updated information.

Scenario 1: Attendance Enrollment - Re-Admission
Specific Setup:
  • Client is discharged from the agency.
  • User has access to client.
Steps
  1. Navigate to "Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Enrollment Information".
  2. Click on "Select Client" and set the desired client.
  3. Click on the ellipsis and select "Discharge From Agency".
  4. Set the desired fields and click "Save".
  5. Navigate to "Referral > Agency Referral > Referral Information > Referral Information".
  6. Click on "Select Referral" and set to the desired client.
  7. Click the "New" button and set the "Last Name", "First Name", and "Gender".
  8. Click the "Proceed" button.
  9. Check off the desired client and click the "Proceed" button.
  10. Set the "Managing Office Responsible", "Referral Source", and "Primary Reason for Referral" and "Program Referred To" fields.
  11. Set the "Initial Status" to "Accepted".
  12. Navigate to "Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Enrollment Information".
  13. Click on "Select Client" and set the desired client.
  14. Click on the agency folder and select "Re-Amit To Agency".
  15. Set the "Re-Admission Date" and "Re-Admit to Program"
  16. Set the "Placement Type" to "Attendance Enrollment".
  17. Set the "Re-Admit To Facility", "Unit", "Schedule of Sessions", "Worker" and "Worker Role".
  18. Click the "Save" button.

  6. Validate the "Placement Disruption" is listed.
  7. Click "Enrollment Information" tab.
