The following modifications are made: 1) The registry setting 'Specify Write Off Posting Code In Roll-Up Services Definition' is added. This setting supports new Roll-Up Billing functionality that allows the default write-off posting code specified during the roll-up posting process to be overridden by the write-off posting code defined in the individual roll-up definitions. 2) Roll-Up Billing is enhanced to support transferring roll-up component service liability to the next guarantor or leave the liability with the current guarantor during the roll-up posting process. 3) Roll-Up Billing is enhanced to allow grouping roll-up services and component services on the same claim when preparing 837 Institutional and 837 Professional files. 4) Roll-Up Billing is enhanced to optionally include roll-up components and/or roll-up services in an 837 Institutional or 837 Professional file. 5) The 837 Professional billing process is enhanced to support sorting claims by date of service. 6) An issue is resolved where the Roll-Up Services Compile Report would not display after compiling roll-up group definitions. 7) An issue is resolved where the supervising_practitioner, in_other_rollups, and exclude_from_totals fields in the SYSTEM.rollup_services_worklist table were not populated.

The following changes are made to the 'External Documents' widget: 1) The new field 'Created Date To Display' is added to filter records based on the created date. 2) The new button 'Care Team' is added to the documents table for quick reviewing of the care team members included in the CCD file. Please note: Avatar CWS 2023 Update #96 is required to use this functionality. 3) The message boxes are modified to remove additional information returned by the search service. This change is also applied to the forms 'Query for External CCD' and 'CareConnect CCD Download'. 4) The status column is modified to display "New", "Viewed", "Saved", or "Reconciled" based on status of the document in the widget. 5) An issue is resolved where 'External Documents' widget does not update the row's status when the CCD file is saved in a Perceptive-enabled system.

The 'Day Program' widget is added which provides support for recording daytime activities that a client may check in and out of periodically throughout the day and will ultimately file services for the calculated daily durations. The 'Program Maintenance' and 'Single Program Maintenance' forms are enhanced to support this functionality with the addition of the 'Day Program Services', 'Day Program Schedule', and 'Day Program Exceptions' sections. Please note: The 'Day Program' widget is only available in myAvatar NX. An Avatar NX Release and Avatar Appointment Scheduling 2023 Update 31 are required for full functionality within the 'Day Program' widget.

The 'Purge Billing Files' form is updated to mark posted 835 Remittance and 271 Eligibility Response transactions as "Purged" rather than deleting completely from the system. This will allow for the SQL reporting on purged transaction. Updated the 'Quick Billing' form to prevent the display of 837 compiles whose associated Quick Bill Batch has been purged through the 'Purge Billing Files' form.

The SQL table 'SYSTEM.client_alternate_address' is updated accordingly. 3) An issue is resolved where the 'Do you have family members that are agricultural workers?' and 'Are you an aged and disabled former migratory agricultural worker?' are not saved in the 'SYSTEM.patient_demographic_history' table when the 'Discharge' form is submitted.

In addition, the following issues are resolved: 1) Multiple missing fields are added to 'SYSTEM.billing_posting_codes'. 2) The 'Name on Card' field, which is added using the 'Prevent Posting Payments Unless Payment has been Acknowledged' registry setting, is now required if the selected 'Posting Code' is designated as a "Credit Card Posting Code" in 'Deposit Entry'. 3) 'Payment Acknowledgement' (Post Front Office and myHP Payments) is modified so that the 'Name on Card' is no longer required. 4) The Payment Acknowledgement functionality in the '835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice' form, which is added using the 'Prevent Posting Payments Unless Payment has been Acknowledged' registry setting, is modified to not use match on 'Check/EFT Date' when finding a Payment Acknowledgement for the 'Check/EFT Number'.

If the value of the new extended dictionary is set to 'Y' for a financial class, and claims grouping is being used, the CCBHC billing process will skip the check for remittance received from private insurance for guarantors in the financial class. Note: The registry setting 'Enable CCBHC Functionality' must be set to 'E' in order to process CCBHC billing.
