RADPlus - Family Entity Modeling
Avatar PM is enhanced to support a new "Family Member(s)" type column available in form "Table Definition" called "Family Member(s)". This column will be available for Modeled forms created using the "Family" Entity Database. Family member "PATID's" are associated to a family in form "Family Registration". The column will display for selection, all the PATID's associated to the "Family" in a multi-select field called "Family Member(s)". Please Note: "RADplus 2022 Update 96" is required for full functionality

Consent For Access - Consent For Network / Organization
The 'Consent to Query' field needs to be disabled while adding a new consent for the Carequality network or organization and the consent is set to 'Query' on the 'CareConnect HIE Configuration' form.
The help message for 'Consent To Opt In/Opt Out' is updated to - "The 'Consent to Opt In/ Opt Out ' field will be enabled if the 'Consent Model' field on the 'CareConnect HIE Configuration' form has been submitted with a value of "Opt In" or "Opt Out". When using this field for Carequality, it functions as a 'consent to release information'."

837 Institutional – Medicare A - No Pay Claims
The 837 Institutional functionality is updated for Medicare No-Pay Claims.
The 'Bill Only When Full Denial Received For Medicare A No-Pay Guarantor' field is added to 'Guarantors/Payors' (837). The 837 Institutional is modified to skip services that are on hold due to the above new field. The 'Unbilled Services Compile Definition and Export' is modified to include services that are unbilled due to the above new field. The 'SYSTEM.medicare_a_hold' table is added to track services that are on hold due to the above new field. The 'Medicare A Service Hold Management' form is added. The '835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice' is modified to remove holds from the 'SYSTEM.medicare_a_hold' table once all services are denied by the Medicare A No-Pay guarantor.

The following modifications to the 'Payment Acknowledgement' form are included: 1) The amount fields are updated to always include two decimal places. 2) An issue with the 'Transactions' grid where the fields were enabled without a row being selected is resolved. 3) In the 'Post Front Office and myHP Payments' section the 'Review' command button is modified to launch a grid. 4) The 'Treatment Service' and 'Category' fields are now required. 5) Inactive dictionary codes are now excluded from the 'Category' drop down. 6) The issue where Posting Codes were excluded when they should not have been is resolved. 7) The 'Client' field will now be cleared when it becomes disabled.
