Product Update Form Description

The issue is resolved where the 'Program Association' field will not populate when defaulting a plan level via the 'Select Plan Level To Default' command button on the 'Customize Plan' section of the 'Financial Eligibility', 'Cross Episode Financial Eligibility' and 'Family Financial Eligibility' forms.

Financial Eligibility options - customize plan.
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • App Dashboard
  • Cross Episode Financial Eligibility
  • Family Financial Eligibility
  • Financial Eligibility
  • Select Plan Level To Default
Scenario 1: Financial Eligibility options - Default Guarantor Plan into new plan level
Specific Setup:
  • Benefit Plan:
  • Identify a plan that contains values in ‘Program Association’ at a minimum.
  • Note the value for all other fields.
  • Guarantors/Payors:
  • Identify a guarantor that contains the above plan in ‘Default Guarantor Plan’ and ‘Yes in ‘Allow Customization Of Guarantor Plan’.
  • Client 1:
  • A client is identified that has a ‘Financial Eligibility’ record with the above guarantor.
  • Client 2:
  • A client is identified that has more than one episode, and a ‘Cross Episode Financial Eligibility’ record with the above guarantor.
  • Family 1:
  • A registered family has a ‘Family Financial Eligibility’ record with the above guarantor.
Steps
  1. Open ‘Financial Eligibility’ for Client 1.
  2. Select the ‘Guarantor Selection’ section.
  3. Select the guarantor from setup.
  4. Click [Edit ‘Selected Item].
  5. Select the ‘Customize Plan’ section.
  6. Click [Add New Item].
  7. Click [Select Plan Level To Default].
  8. Select the plan from setup.
  9. Validate that all data defaulted into the added item.
  10. Click [Submit].
  11. Open ‘Cross Episode Financial Eligibility’ for Client 2.
  12. Select the ‘Guarantor Selection’ section.
  13. Select the guarantor from setup.
  14. Click [Edit ‘Selected Item].
  15. Select the ‘Customize Plan’ section.
  16. Click [Add New Item].
  17. Click [Select Plan Level To Default].
  18. Select the plan from setup.
  19. Validate that all data defaulted into the added item.
  20. Click [Submit].
  21. Open ‘Family Financial Eligibility’ for the registered family.
  22. Select the ‘Guarantor Selection’ section.
  23. Select the guarantor from setup.
  24. Click [Edit ‘Selected Item].
  25. Select the ‘Customize Plan’ section.
  26. Click [Add New Item].
  27. Click [Select Plan Level To Default].
  28. Select the plan from setup.
  29. Validate that all data defaulted into the added item.
  30. Click [Submit].
