Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Admission
  • Discharge
  • Registry Settings (PM)
Scenario 1: Registry Setting - Disable Demographics Section On Discharge Form
Specific Setup:
  • A client must have an active episode (Client A).
Steps
  1. Access the 'Registry Settings' form.
  2. Enter "Disable Demographics Section on Discharge Form" in the 'Limit Registry Settings to the Following Search Criteria ' field.
  3. Click [View Registry Settings].
  4. Validate that the 'Registry Setting' field is equal to "Avatar PM->Client Information->Client Demographics->->->Disable Demographics Section On Discharge Form".
  5. Enter "N" in the 'Registry Setting Value' field.
  6. Click [Submit] and close the form.
  7. Select "Client A" and access the 'Discharge' form.
  8. Enter the required details in the 'Discharge' section.
  9. Select the 'Demographics' section.
  10. Validate fields in the 'Demographics' section are not disabled.
  11. Close the form.
  12. Select "Client A" and access the 'Admission' form.
  13. Select the 'Demographics' section.
  14. Validate fields in the 'Demographics' section are not disabled.
  15. Close the form.
  16. Access the 'Registry Settings' form.
  17. Enter "Disable Demographics Section on Discharge Form" in the 'Limit Registry Settings to the Following Search Criteria' field.
  18. Click [View Registry Settings].
  19. Validate that the 'Registry Setting' field is equal to "Avatar PM->Client Information->Client Demographics->->->Disable Demographics Section On Discharge Form".
  20. Enter "Y" in the 'Registry Setting Value' field.
  21. Click [Submit] and close the form.
  22. Log out of the application and log back in.
  23. Select "Client A" and access the 'Discharge' form.
  24. Select the 'Demographics' section.
  25. Validate all fields are disabled.
  26. Close the form.
  27. Select "Client A" and access the 'Admission' form.
  28. Select the 'Demographics' section.
  29. Validate fields in the 'Demographics' section are not disabled.
  30. Close the form.
