Scheduling Calendar - Group Appointment
Scenario 1: 'Scheduling Calendar': Add New, Check- In, and Check Out Individual and Group Appointments
Specific Setup:
  • A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • A group must exist with at least two group members (Group A).
  • The 'Receipt Definition' form is configured.
  • The posting codes being used must have "Yes" selected in the 'Generate Receipt' field in the 'Post/Adjustment Codes Definition' form.
Steps
  1. Access the 'Scheduling Calendar' form.
  2. Right click in any available time slot and click [Add Appointment].
  3. Enter the desired value in the 'Service Code' field.
  4. Enter "Client A" in the 'Client' field.
  5. Select the desired episode in the 'Episode Number' field.
  6. Select the desired value in the 'Program' field.
  7. Click [Submit].
  8. Validate the 'Appointment Grid' contains the appointment created in the previous steps.
  9. Right click on the appointment and click [Check In].
  10. Validate the 'Scheduling Calendar - Check In' window is displayed.
  11. Enter the desired value in the 'Amount Received At Check In' field.
  12. Select the desired value in the 'Payment Code' field.
  13. Click [Submit].
  14. Validate a receipt is displayed for the payment collected.
  15. Validate the 'Appointment Grid' contains the checked in appointment.
  16. Right click on the appointment and click [Check Out].
  17. Validate the 'Scheduling Calendar - Check Out' window is displayed.
  18. Enter the desired value in the 'Amount Received At Check Out' field.
  19. Select the desired value in the 'Payment Code' field.
  20. Click [Submit].
  21. Validate a receipt is displayed for the payment collected.
  22. Validate the 'Appointment Grid' contains the checked out appointment.
  23. Right click in any available time slot and click [Add Appointment].
  24. Enter any group service code in the 'Service Code' field.
  25. Enter "Group A" in the 'Group #' field.
  26. Select the desired program in the 'Program' field.
  27. Select the 'Group Members' item.
  28. Validate the 'Current Group Appointment Members' field contains all group members.
  29. Click [Submit].
  30. Validate the 'Appointment Grid' contains the group appointment created in the previous steps.
  31. Right click on the group appointment and click [Check In].
  32. Select all group members.
  33. Validate the 'Scheduling Calendar - Check In' window is displayed.
  34. Enter the desired value in the 'Amount Received At Check In' field.
  35. Select the desired value in the 'Payment Code' field.
  36. Click [Submit]. Note: this will need to be submitted for all group members.
  37. Validate a receipt is displayed for the payment collected.
  38. Right click on the group appointment and click [Check Out].
  39. Select all group members.
  40. Validate the 'Scheduling Calendar - Check Out' window is displayed.
  41. Enter the desired value in the 'Amount Received At Check Out' field.
  42. Select the desired value in the 'Payment Code' field.
  43. Click [Submit]. Note: this will need to be submitted for all group members.
  44. Validate a receipt is displayed for the payment collected.
  45. Validate the 'Appointment Grid' contains the checked out group appointment.
  46. Click [Dismiss].
