The following modifications have been made: 1) The registry setting '837I-Dates To Populate 2300 DTP' is added. This setting allows users to override the Statement From and To Date (2300-DTP-03) in the 837 Institutional file with the first and last date of service on the bill or with the 'Coverage Effective Date' and 'Coverage End Date' fields on the 'Financial Eligibility' form. 2) The registry setting 'Restrict Coverage Effective Date Edits Too Prior Dates Only' is added. This setting allows users to prevent a date from being entered in the 'Coverage Effective Date' field that is later than the date currently on file.

The following changes are made: 1) When registry setting 'Enable Alternative Service Location Fields' is set to "Y" the facility location fields on the 'Edit Service Information' and 'Edit Service Information (Charge Fee Access)' forms will become required whenever any one of the fields is valued. Additionally, when none of the facility location fields are valued, none of the facility location fields will be required. 2) An issue has been resolved where addon services and co-practitioner services were not displaying the correct facility location information.

The Web Services associated with the forms are updated. The value of the 'Preferred Appointment Site' field is used to specify a default Site value when Scheduling Appointments for a client. Avatar Appointment Scheduling 2023 Update 21 is required for full functionality.

The '274 - Provider Directory Submission' form has been updated to account for these new fields. The generated submission file is updated to include 'MHP' in the naming convention. 2) The issue where file import for '274 Provider Definition' allows letters other than 'Y' or 'N' for 'Active' has been resolved.

The following changes are made: 1) The new fields 'Clinic Hours', 'Always Allow Overbooking' and 'Available Electronic Visit Verification Tasks' are added to the 'Service Codes' form. 2) The new field 'Report to CSI' is added to the form 'Service Codes' to designate whether an individual service code should report as part of the CSI Submission. 3) The 'Service Code Upload Process' form is updated to support the new fields. Please note: If no custom modifications were made, form designer changes will also be applied to the 'Service Codes' form.
