Purge Billing Files - Billing List to Purge
The ‘Purge Billing Files’ process is updated to purge the billing list only for the '271 Batch' and the '835 Batch' options. The data for the batches will be retained.
When purging a ‘Quick Billing Batch’, the functionality prevents the associated 837 compiles from displaying in the system.
A 'Help' message has been added to the 'Billing List to Purge' field.

Product Update Description
Updated the 'Purge Billing Files' form so that EDI information for certain transactions such as 835 and 271 are not completely deleted but rather marked as purged in the system. Updated the 'Quick Billing' form to prevent the display of 837 compiles whose associated Quick Bill Batch has been purged through the 'Purge Billing Files' form.

Avatar PM 'Cal-PM Admission' form
A new extended dictionary attribute 'Opioid Treatment Program - Override Concurrent Admissions Error Checking' is added to the Avatar Cal-PM 'Level of Care Admitted' dictionary.
Where extended dictionary attribute 'Opioid Treatment Program - Override Concurrent Admissions Error Checking (70913)' is set to 'Yes' for 'Client' File Dictionary/Data Element 'Level of Care Admitted (70710)', Avatar Cal-PM will override/not enforce the concurrent/overlapping Admission episode validation/error checking for any new or previously filed Cal-OMS Admission 'Level of Care Admitted' values (error for same 'Cal-OMS Type of Service' based on 'Level of Care Admitted').

Product Update Description
A new extended dictionary attribute 'Opioid Treatment Program -Override Concurrent Admissions Error Checking' is added to the 'Level of Care Admitted' dictionary. Setting this value to 'Yes' skips the concurrent admission checking for any new or previously filed admission for the 'Opioid Treatment Program'.

Client Demographic forms - 'Preferred Appointment Site' field
The 'Preferred Appointment Site' field is added to the demographic sections of the following forms in Avatar NX:
* 'Admission'
* 'Admission (Outpatient)'
* 'Update Client Data'
* 'Discharge'
* 'Call Intake'
* 'Pre Admit'
* 'Pre Admit Discharge'
In addition, the web services associated with the forms are updated accordingly.
Avatar Appointment Scheduling 2023 Update 21 is required for full functionality.

myAvatar NX is enhanced to include a field labeled 'Preferred Appointment Site' on the client demographic forms - 'Update Client Data', 'Admission', 'Admission (Outpatient)', 'Call Intake', 'Pre Admit', 'Pre Admit Discharge', 'Discharge', and 'Discharge (Outpatient)'. The Web Services associated with the forms are updated. The value of the 'Preferred Appointment Site' field is used to specify a default Site value when Scheduling Appointments for a client. Avatar Appointment Scheduling 2023 Update 21 is required for full functionality.
