    The 'Location Of Admission' field in the Avatar Cal-PM 'Cal-OMS Admission' form is updated to filter/allow Program selections based on associated Programs as defined in the 'System Code Definition' form.
  • Avatar Cal-PM 'Program Maintenance' Form
    The 'Require Source Of Admission' and 'Require Attending Practitioner' fields are added to the 'Program Maintenance' form.
    The Program Maintenance 'Require Source Of Admission' and 'Require Attending Practitioner' fields allow for requirement of the 'Source Of Admission' and/or 'Attending Practitioner' fields within the Avatar Cal-PM 'Admission', 'Admission (Outpatient)' and 'Back Dated Admission/Discharge' forms for the selected Program.
  • Avatar Cal-PM 'Enable Default Guarantor Assignment' Registry Setting
    The 'Enable Default Guarantor Assignment' Registry Setting is added to Avatar Cal-PM.
    Where enabled, the 'Enable Default Guarantor Assignment' Registry Setting will add the 'Default Guarantor Assignment' section to the Avatar Cal-PM 'Program Maintenance' form. The Program Maintenance 'Default Guarantor Assignment' section/fields allow for Guarantor(s) to be automatically defaulted into client/episode Financial Eligibility record on 'Admission' filing or 'Financial Eligibility' form entry.
  • Avatar Cal-PM 'Program Maintenance' Form
    An issue is resolved to ensure that the 'EVV Provider Organization ID' field is displayed/available in the Avatar Cal-PM 'Program Maintenance' form.

The following modifications are made: 1) The 'Default Guarantor Assignment' section is added to the 'Program Maintenance' form. In addition, the registry setting 'Enable Default Guarantor Assignment' is added to enable this functionality. 2) The 'Require Source Of Admission' and 'Require Attending Practitioner' fields are added to the 'Program Maintenance' form. 3) The 'Location Of Admission' field in the 'Cal-OMS Admission' form is updated to filter programs based on associated programs defined in the 'System Code Definition' form. 4) An issue is resolved where the 'EVV Provider Organization ID' field is removed from the 'Program Maintenance' form.

    Updates are made for Sexual Orientation/Gender Identification/Veteran fields across several Avatar Cal-PM forms.
    The following modifications are made: * Fields 'Gender Identity', 'Gender Identity (Please Describe)', 'Sexual Orientation' and 'Sexual Orientation (Please Describe)' have been added to the 'Update Client Data' form and the 'Demographics' section of the 'Admission', 'Admission(Outpatient)', 'Discharge', 'Discharge (Outpatient)', 'Pre Admit' and 'Pre Admit Discharge' forms.     This update includes a client data conversion process to do the following: * Populate 'Gender Identity' based on 'Sex' * Convert 'Sex' code 'Transgender (M to F)' to 'Male' and 'Transgender (F to M)' to 'Female' * Populate 'Sexual Orientation' based on 'Are you heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or do you question your sexual orientation?' * Store all veteran related information by client instead of by episode
