  • Discharge - OSHPD Reporting
    The 'Discharge - OSHPD' functionality has been updated to add additional fields to the form. If desired, please use 'Form Designer' to arrange the new fields in the 'OSHPD' section of the 'Discharge' form.
    The new fields are: 1. OSHPD Address 2. OSHPD City 3. OSHPD State 4. OSHPD Country Code 5. OSHPD Homeless Indicator
  • OSHPD Reporting - Submission
    The 'OSHPD Submission’ functionality has been updated to support updated requirements.
