Cal-OMS
A new field, 'Remove Cal-OMS Admission', is added to the 'Cal-OMS Admission' form to allow users to remove admission data that has not been compiled or submitted.
In addition, an issue in 'Cal-OMS Admission' has been resolved to ensure successful filing when there is an overlapping date of admission for an 'Admission Delete' record that has been compiled and submitted through the 'Cal-OMS Submission' process.

Avatar Cal-PM 'Cal-OMS Administrative Discharge' Form
Avatar Cal-PM Registry Setting 'Enable LA County Reporting Requirements' is updated to enable/disable the 'Discharge Process Date' field in the 'Cal-OMS Administrative Discharge' form.
Where enabled (set to 'Y' or 'YC'), the 'Enable LA County Reporting Requirements' Registry Setting will enable/add the 'Discharge Process Date' field in the Avatar Cal-PM 'Cal-OMS Administrative Discharge' form. Where disabled (set to 'N'), the 'Enable LA County Reporting Requirements' Registry Setting will disable/remove the 'Discharged Process Date' field in this form.

The following modifications have been made: 1) The 'Site Definition' section in the '274 - Provider Directory Definition' form is updated to include the new fields 'Age Groups Served (2100DA-N2-01)', and 'Type of Service (2100DA-N2-02)', as well as the 'Provider Definition' section to include the field 'Sees Children Indicator (2100EA-N2-01)'. The '274 - Provider Directory Submission' form has been updated to account for these new fields. The generated submission file is updated to include 'MHP' in the naming convention. 2) The issue where file import for '274 Provider Definition' allows letters other than 'Y' or 'N' for 'Active' has been resolved.
