Avatar Cal-PM 'Cal-OMS Discharge' and 'Cal-OMS Annual Update' Forms
New fields are added to 'Cal-OMS Discharge' and 'Cal-OMS Annual Update' forms if the 'Enable LA County Reporting Requirements' Registry Setting is enabled.
The following fields are added to 'Cal-OMS Discharge' and 'Cal-OMS Annual Update' ('Family/Social Data' section) forms if the Avatar Cal-PM 'Enable LA County Reporting Requirements' Registry Setting is enabled:
* 'If yes, what is the permanent housing arrangement?'
* 'Specify Other'
* 'Zip Code'
These fields allow for capture of additional information related to the existing 'Has the client been linked to a stable housing during treatment?' field. In addition, the Cal-OMS File Import is updated to support these fields.

Cal-OMS Discharge
Functionality for the Cal-OMS Discharge form has been updated to not allow the selection of 'Client unable to answer' in the 'Mental Health Medication In The Last 30 Days' unless the Cal-OMS Type of Service is "Nonresidential/Outpatient Detoxification" (3), "Residential Detoxification (hospital)" (4), or "Residential Detoxification (non-hospital)" (5), or 'Disability' on the corresponding Cal-OMS Admission form is "Developmentally Disabled".

Service Codes - Use Site or Service Based Appointment Color Coding
The 'Service Codes' form will be enhanced in future functionality to support capturing color-coding data to use as shading on the appointment card for client-based, group, and staff-only appointments. Each type of appointment will be designated via a separate text field.
The following fields will be added to the 'Service Code' form: 'Client/Staff Appointment Color', 'Group Appointment Color', 'Staff-Only Appointment Color'.
