Purge Billing Files - Billing List to Purge
The ‘Purge Billing Files’ process is updated to purge the billing list only for the '271 Batch' and the '835 Batch' options. The data for the batches will be retained. When purging a ‘Quick Billing Batch’, the functionality prevents the associated 837 compiles from displaying in the system. A 'Help' message has been added to the 'Billing List to Purge' field.
Value Added: The data for the '271 Batch' & '835 Batch' is removed from the list, but not the system. Any 'Quick Billing Batch' that is removed from the system will prevent associated 837 compiles from displaying in the system.

Avatar PM 'Cal-PM Admission' form
A new extended dictionary attribute 'Opioid Treatment Program - Override Concurrent Admissions Error Checking' is added to the Avatar Cal-PM 'Level of Care Admitted' dictionary.
Value Added: Adds support for bypassing Avatar Cal-PM concurrent/overlapping Cal-OMS Admission validation

Client Demographic forms - 'Preferred Appointment Site' field
The 'Preferred Appointment Site' field is added to the demographic sections of the following forms in Avatar NX: * 'Admission' * 'Admission (Outpatient)' * 'Update Client Data' * 'Discharge' * 'Call Intake' * 'Pre Admit' * 'Pre Admit Discharge' In addition, the web services associated with the forms are updated accordingly.
Value Added: The ability to select a 'Preferred Appointment Site' for clients.

Registry Setting - Use Site or Service Based Appointment Color Coding
A new feature has been added to enable color coding by either the site the appointment is provided at or the service to be provided by the appointment.
Value Added: Appointment Color Coding can be utilized to differentiate sites or services provided
