  • Payment/Adjustment Posting and Avatar MSO 'Retro Claim Adjudication'
    The filing of Payments/Adjustments is updated to support Duration fields in the Avatar MSO 'Retro Claim Adjudication' form.
    Avatar MSO 'Retro Claim Adjudication' entries filed via Avatar Cal-PM payment/adjustment posting are updated to include 'Updated Duration' and 'Take Back Duration' Duration values. Note, Avatar MSO 2021 Update 2 is required for 'Original Duration', 'Updated Duration' and 'Take Back Duration' fields to be present in Avatar MSO 'Retro Claim Adjudication' form/SQL table.

The filing of Payments/Adjustments is updated to support Duration fields in the Avatar MSO 'Retro Claim Adjudication' form. The Duration fields are added in Avatar MSO 2021 Update 2.

    The 'Always Allow Overbooking' field is added to the 'Service Codes' form. The 'Service Code Upload Process' form is updated accordingly.

Product Update Form Description
The following changes are made: 1) The new fields 'Clinic Hours', 'Always Allow Overbooking' and 'Available Electronic Visit Verification Tasks' are added to the 'Service Codes' form. 2) The new field 'Report to CSI' is added to the form 'Service Codes' to designate whether an individual service code should report as part of the CSI Submission. 3) The 'Service Code Upload Process' form is updated to support the new fields. Please note: If no custom modifications were made, form designer changes will also be applied to the 'Service Codes' form.

  • Program Maintenance - Assignment of Subscriber MEDS ID#
    Program Maintenance functionality has been modified to add a new field to form' new field 'Assign Subscriber Meds ID#'.
    The new field works in conjunction with the 'Enable 'Subscriber MEDS ID#' Assignment' registry setting.
