Path: Patient>Clinical>Assessments
To open the Condition Change report, click the i icon on the toolbar in Patient>Clinical>Assessments.
Using the Condition Change report, you can preview, print, or save information on the patient's condition changes based on the current and previous responses to the same OASIS question of the assessment. The report shows assessment OASIS question, the response to the OASIS question in the current assessment, and the previous response to the same OASIS question of the assessment.
In the Condition Change report, click the Print Preview button to view a sample report onscreen.
- The generated report prints separate pages for each set of OASIS questions according to the patient's condition changes: Declined, Improved, and Unchanged.
- You can print, save, change the view mode, and navigate through the report using standard buttons on the top panel of the window.
The report caption contains the date when the assessment was completed, the name of the resource who completed the assessment, the assessment template, name reason for assessment, and the patient's name and ID.
