OASIS Assessments: Export
OASIS assessments are sent to the state from Transaction>General>OASIS Export.
To reopen a locked OASIS assessment for any reason, you need to reserve it, and then make all necessary changes.
You can reserve an assessment and edit it if appropriate privileges are granted in Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges.
