Initiate Care Plan through assessments
Clinicians can identify and build patient's care plans while navigating through the assessments.
This enhanced clinical workflow can be set up when the agency's QI staff determine the appropriate care plans for the assessment tabs using the Assessment Editor tool. The clinician will then be able to access that list when building the care plan through the assessment.
