Reserve an Assessment

Path: Patient>Clinical>Assessments

Prerequisite: To reserve an assessment, the Clinical User check box must be selected for the  operator in Administration>Configuration>Operators>Basic.

1. In the Patient component, select a patient.
2. In Clinical>Assessments, select the assessment that you want to reserve.
3. Click Reserve Assessment.
4. Select the user for whom you want to reserve the assessment. In Field Mode, you can reserve assessments only for yourself.
5. Enter any notes pertaining to the reservation.

In Field Mode, the assessment is downloaded to your laptop and locked on the server so that no one else can access it while you reserve it.
