Modification to Locked Assessment dialog
Path: Patient>Clinical>Assessments
Prerequisite: You must have the following privileges
- Can alter assessments after the edit period
- Can unlock a submitted OASIS assessment
With the Modification to Locked Assessment dialog, you can unlock an assessment and modify it.
An assessment may be resubmitted to the state or inactivated depending on the selected option.
