View OASIS assessment HIPPS score
- In the Patient component, select a patient.
- Go to Clinical>Assessments, and select the assessment with the HIPPS information that you want to view. Note: You can also view the HIPPS information while completing an assessment.
- Click HIPPS Code, and view the information in the Scores dialog.
