Edit assessment

Path: Patient>Clinical>Assessments

You can edit an assessment in Field Mode if it was not uploaded to the server. Otherwise, you need to reserve it for editing in Host or Field Mode.

If the assessment is only on your field device and is incomplete, you can edit it; if it is 100% complete, you can edit it within the editing period as specified for Business Unit, or if you have privilege to edit an assessment after this period is ended.

1. In the Patient component, select a patient.
2. Go to Clinical>Assessments.
3. Select the assessment and edit it as appropriate.
4. Save the assessment.
