Each assessment is made up for a specific discipline. When the resource is identified on the New Assessment window, the appropriate assessments are available separately for

• Skilled Nursing
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Language Pathology
• Medical Social Worker
• Psychiatric Nursing
• PSA (for any discipline)
