Assessments window - Notes tab
Path: Patient>Clinical>Assessments
With the Notes tab, you can enter additional information about an assessment before saving the completed assessment.
If the assessment is saved in Host Mode, or saved and synchronized from a field device, you need to reserve it before entering any information on the Notes tab.
