OASIS condition change icon descriptions
| Icon | Description |
|---|---|
| Red down arrow | The patient's condition worsened compared to the last response to the same OASIS question of the assessment. |
| Yellow right arrow | The patient's condition did not change compared with the last response to the same OASIS question of the assessment. |
| Green up arrow | The patient's condition improved compared with the last response to the same OASIS question of the assessment. |
The Condition Change response functionality is not related to the Predictive Modeling functionality. For the Condition Change questions, each response has an assigned internal numeric value. If the internal numeric value increases between assessments, it represents a decline in condition. If the internal numeric value between assessments decreases, it represents an improvement in condition. NA and UK responses are ignored.
The basis for identifying a Condition Change question is V= Value-Based Purchasing, and YS = Star Ratings.
