OASIS patient condition changes
Note: The condition changes indicators appear in the assessment if the Show Condition Change option is selected in Administration>Configuration>Business Units>Settings>Assessments.
When you complete a new or previously completed OASIS assessment, the icons are shown in the top right corner of the assessment items. These icons indicate the patient's condition change compared with the last response to the same OASIS question of the assessment.
The patient's condition change icons are shown if:
- There is an answer to the current question in the previous assessment in the current admission.
- The assessments that can be compared are within one admission period. The patient's condition change icons are not shown if:
There is only one assessment within one admission period.
The assessment does not belong to any admission period (except assessment with the RFA 9). There is no answer in the previous assessment to the question in the current admission.
