Reserve Assessment dialog

Path: Patient>Clinical>Assessments

Prerequisite: To reserve an assessment, the Clinical User check box must be selected for the  operator in Administration>Configuration>Operators>Basic.

Using the Reserve Assessment dialog, you can reserve an assessment. To access this dialog, click the Reserve Assessment button.

• In Field Mode, the Reserved For field is read-only and shows your user name by default.
• In Host Mode, the Reserved For field displays your user name by default, but you can select another user.

The Reserve Assessment dialog includes the Notes field for entering additional information about reservation. When the reservation is completed and all changes are saved, it is written to the Revision Log for the assessment.

Exported OASIS assessments cannot be reserved until they are unlocked by an authorized user. When an OASIS assessment is unlocked, the Reservation button becomes available.
