This setting allows the user to display a client's age in several different formats in the following forms and widgets: the 'Admission', 'Admission (Outpatient)', 'Call Intake', 'Pre Admit' and 'Family Registration' forms, as well as the 'Client Header' and 'Client Information' widgets. Note: RAD2024 Update 46 is required to make use of this functionality.

An issue is resolved where a web service call could fail due to a validation check on field 'Are you heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or do you question your sexual orientation?' even though the field was replaced by field 'Sexual Orientation' in Avatar Cal-PM 2022 update 80. This could occur using one of the following web services: 'AddAdmission', 'UpdateAdmission' or 'UpdateClientDemographics'. The error message received could be either: 1) 'Sex' cannot be 'Female' when 'Are you heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or do you question your sexual orientation?' is 'Gay (male)'. or 2) 'Sex' cannot be 'Male' when 'Are you heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or do you question your sexual orientation?' is 'Lesbian (female)'.

The SQL tables 'SYSTEM.patient_current_demographics', 'SYSTEM.patient_demographic_history', Client Admission, Client Discharge, Client Demographics, and Pre Admit web services are updated accordingly. 2) The new field 'Address Type' is added to the 'Client Alternate Addresses' form. The SQL tables 'SYSTEM.client_alternate_address' and 'SYSTEM.client_alternate_address_audit' are updated accordingly. 3) An issue is resolved where the fields 'Do you have family members that are agricultural workers?' and 'Are you an aged and disabled former migratory agricultural worker?' are not saved in the 'SYSTEM.patient_demographic_history' table when the 'Discharge' form is submitted.

The following provider directory (274) issues are resolved: 1) Field 'Healthcare Plan Code' shows duplicate entries in form '274 - Provider Directory Defaults'. This can occur when entering the form and prior to selecting a 'Plan Type'. 2) The value for fields 'Percentage of FTE Serving Children' (2100EA-N2-01) and 'Percentage of FTE Serving Adults' (2100EA-N2-01) is padded out to 3 zeros for DMC submissions instead of being left null. The zero padding should only be done for MHP submissions. Said fields are a part of the 'Provider Definition' tab of the '274 - Provider Directory Definition' form.
