The 'Form Serial Number' field is added to the following forms, as a read-only field containing same Form Serial Number value as related Cal-OMS Admission record:

An issue is resolved where a web service call could fail due to a validation check on field 'Are you heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or do you question your sexual orientation?' even though the field was replaced by field 'Sexual Orientation' in Avatar Cal-PM 2022 update 80. This could occur using one of the following web services: 'AddAdmission', 'UpdateAdmission' or 'UpdateClientDemographics'. The error message received could be either: 1) 'Sex' cannot be 'Female' when 'Are you heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or do you question your sexual orientation?' is 'Gay (male)'. or 2) 'Sex' cannot be 'Male' when 'Are you heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or do you question your sexual orientation?' is 'Lesbian (female)'.
