The following enhancements are added to the Task List Console: 1) A dynamic refresh will occur when a client is added or removed from either a user's caseload or unit they are currently viewing. Note: a myAvatar NX update is also required for this functionality to take effect. 2) The 'My Caseload' filter now shows clients across all caseload types, not just nursing caseload assignment types. In addition, the following issues in Task List are resolved: 1) Where tasks are initially created on a client discharge or upon discontinuing an order is corrected. Going forward, a standing task must be defined by the time a new admission occurs or an order entry-based task association must be defined by the time a new order is placed for a new task to generated. 2) The error 'Task List Server Error' that occurs while loading the Task List Console when certain types of PRN frequency definitions are in use.

The 'Include Label Fields In Data Display' registry setting is modified to include Document Routing snapshots as well. The following is included: 1) The field 'Reason for Not Releasing to myHealthPointe' is added to all progress note forms. 2) The report definition 'Clinical Notes for Release' is added and will run a report of all clinical notes currently held from myHealthPointe. 3) The form 'Release Held Clinical Notes' is added. This form will allow any notes that were not released to myHealthPointe to be released. NOTE: Avatar CareFabric 2024 Update 45 is required for full functionality.

The following changes are made: 1) The 'Standing Task Configuration' and 'Task Association' forms are enhanced to support all 'Programs', regardless of 'Treatment Setting' or 'Program Type'. In addition, going forward, Tasks that are created are no longer limited to inpatient 'Programs'. 2) Task List now limits the displayed Tasks to those associated with client episodes where the 'Program' is included in the 'System Code' that is used to log in to myAvatar (when user-defined 'System Codes' are in use). Note: Avatar eMAR 2024 Update 12 must also be installed to support this functionality.

A Registry Setting is added to support 'Limit Scratch Notes to Current Login User'. When the Registry Setting is set to 'Y', only Progress Notes where the current logged in user is the current practitioner or either of the co-practitioners will be included in the 'Select Note to Edit' drop-down on the 'Individual Progress Notes' tab of the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form (including all copies). To-Do Scratch Note items can still be edited when the logged in user is not one of the practitioners associated with the Note. The Registry Setting also applies to the Get Group Note Items Web Service.

The following changes are made to 'Medication Inventory Management': 1) Fields 'Manufacturer of Vaccine (MVX)' and 'Vaccine Code (CVX)' are added to the 'Receive Inventory' and 'Medication Definition' functions of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form. 2) SQL fields 'mvx_code', 'mvx_value', 'cvx_code' and 'cvx_value' are added to the 'SYSTEM.med_inventory_item' table. 3) Fields 'Medication Search' and 'CVX' are removed from the 'Template Definition' function of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form. 4) Field 'Funding Source', in the 'Receive Inventory' and 'Adjust Inventory' functions of the 'Medication Inventory Management' form, now points to dictionary 'Source Code' (field# 62028) that is a part of the 'Other CWS Tabled Files' file in 'Dictionary Update'. 5) The issue where numeric fields allowing non-numeric values is addressed. 6) The issue where the calculation used to reduce inventory might not always be correct is addressed. This can occur when the administration unit specified matches both the default dose unit and dispense unit values defined against the medication template. 7) The issue where required fields in the 'Receive Inventory' function do not show as required is resolved. 8) Field 'Medication Search' in the 'Template Definition' function is moved to the 'Service Codes' form in PM/Cal-PM. There are associated PM/Cal-PM updates to address the 'Service Codes' form.
